Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de granulés enzymatiques qui consiste à: a) mélanger une composition de formation de granulés sensiblement anhydre comprenant des enzymes et 10 à 40 % en poids d'un liant thermoplastique hydrosoluble ayant un point de fusion ou de ramolissement de 35 à 80 °C, et b) réaliser un moulage par extrusion du mélange obtenu à l'étape a) à une température du point de fusion ou de ramolissement du liant ou à une température supérieure, d'une composition détersive comprenant les granulés enzymatiques obtenus par ledit procédé et d'un détergent. Le procédé peut donner des granulés enzymatiques de granulométrie réduite par ralentissement de l'activité enzymatique. Les granulés enzymatiques ainsi produits ont une faible distribution granulométrique et sont donc difficiles à classer, même lorsqu'ils sont mélangés à un détergent. Par ailleurs, le procédé donne une grande marge de manoeuvre dans la préparation et offre l'avantage que les matériaux adhèrent peu à la paroi interne de la machine qu'on utilise pour la production.
