目前高层建筑物越来越多, 高层建筑物的抗震设施又是十分关键的问题。 国 外设计的抗震设备有多种多样, 如美国的钢珠盘隔震器, 日本的橡胶垫隔震器 等, 这两大类隔震器的优点虽能削弱地震中剪切波的震幅, 延长楼房的自震周 期, 使之不与地震的卓越周期形成共震, 从而减小地震能对楼房的输人。 但这两 大类隔震器的不足之处是美国的钢珠盘隔震器在削弱剪切波时, 楼体高度上 升, 剪切波往复运动时楼体下降再上升, 这种作用削弱了钢珠盘隔震器对剪切波 的削弱能力; 日本的橡胶垫隔震器, 其缺陷一是削弱地震剪切波的震幅的幅度较 小, 二是橡胶垫老化后更换十分不便。 发明的公开
本发明目的在于克服上述现有的隔震器之缺陷及不足, 提供一种用于建筑物 基础和楼体之间的隔震器。 这种隔震器采用滑动脚在支座托盘内滑动, 并在滑动 脚的四周有橡胶缓冲垫, 用石墨当润滑剂的机械原理设计而成。 该隔震器使用方 便, 经测试, 可将地震能削弱 7/8以上。
本发明提供的用于建筑物基础和楼体之间的隔震器主要由滑动脚、 支座托 盘、 盖板等组成, 其特征在于, 滑动脚镶嵌在支座托盘与盖板之间, 盖板采用 螺栓与支座托盘连接; 滑动脚的顶部上端采用焊接方式固定方型托盘, 方型托盘 与滑动脚颈部之间采用对称的三角支撑板固定。
本发明提供的用于建筑物基础和楼体之间的隔震器, 在滑动脚的下端与盖 板、 支座托盘之间镶嵌上下滑动面板, 并在上下滑动面板上涂有石墨润滑剂;
