Abstract
Le dispositif décrit pour brûleurs sert à réduire la formation primaire de NOx dans des fours à haute température et comprend l'amenée directe de gaz dans le four au moyen d'un gicleur de forme fermée avec un angle d'ouverture de 19°. Le dispositif est constitué des trois éléments connus en soi que sont le bec du brûleur, l'obturateur (2) de la pierre d'orifice et la pierre d'orifice (3). L'invention se caractérise essentiellement par la ligne enveloppante fermée du gicleur constitué de ces trois éléments et par leur axe commun. Afin d'obtenir cette caractéristique, le dispositif comprend uniquement des guides cylindriques (4) qui ne permettent pas des déviations entre les composants. L'effet combiné de la suppression des rentrées d'air et de l'atténuation de la réaction initiale permet dans un exemple de réduire le NO thermique de 50 % par rapport à l'état antérieur de la technique.
