本発明はボックスファイルに係り、 更に詳しくは、 内部収納幅を任意に拡大す ることのできるボックスファイルに関する。 背景技術
近時、 オフィス等における書類収納に際し、 内部に一定の収納空間を備えた箱 型のボックスファイルが多く利用されている。 このボックスファイルは、 底壁と 、 当該底壁の両側に連設された一対の側壁と、 これら側壁及び前記底壁に連なつ て形成された後壁とを備え、 上端側を開放形状として内部に一定の収納空間を有 するものとして構成されている。 この種のボックスファイルは、 硬質紙若しくは 適宜なブラスチック材料によって形成されており、 その定型性を利用することに よって収納対象物を損傷等から保護しつつ、 収納対象物の種類等に応じて限られ たスペースでの効率的な収納を可能とする。
し力、しな力 ら、 収納対象物としての書類等は経時的に漸増するのが一般的であ るのに対し、 従来のボックスファイルは、 前記側壁間の離間距離を最大収納幅と した固定的なものであり、 その収納幅を越える収納を物理的に不可能にするとい う不都合がある。
そのため、 単一のボックスファイルに対し、 その収納幅を越える収納を行う場 合には、 別途のボックスファイルを用いてこれに収納しなければならず、 ボック スファイルの数を増大させることとなり、 ひいては、 収納対象物としての書類等 が全体として一体性若しくは関連性を有する性質の場合には、 単一のボックスフ アイルにまとめて収納することができないという不都合を招来する。
また、 収納対象物となる書類の枚数が僅か数枚であるような場合には、 ボック スフアイル内の書類がボックス底部に沿うように曲って落ち込み、 書類等の曲り 癖を不可避とし、 更には、 その上に書類が収納されて必要な種類が必要時に見当 たらなくなるという不都合も惹起する。
本発明は、 かかる不都合に着目して案出されたものであり、 その目的は、 収納 対象物の収納量に応じて収納幅を変化させることができ、 種々の収納態様に臨機 応変に対応して安定した収納状態を確保することのできるボックスフアイルを提 供することにある。 発明の開示
前記目的を達成するため、 本発明に係るボックスファイルは、少なくとも一つ の面を設置面として起立可能に設けられるとともに、 前記設置面に連なる少なく とも一つの側壁が設けられて相互に平行に配置される二以上のボックス形成部材 からなり、 各ボックス形成部材の設置面は同一面上に組み合わせ可能に形成され
、 前記第 1のボックス形成部材と第 2のボックス形成部材は、 それらの側壁間が 離間接近可能に設けられるとともに各側壁が面方向に移動不能に組み合わされる 、 という構成を採っている。
また、 本発明に係るボックスファイルは、 一対の側壁と、 これら側壁間に設け られた底壁及び後壁とを有し、 少なくとも上方が開放形状となる第 1のボックス 形成部材と、 前記側壁と略同一外形またはこれより小さな略相似形に設けられて 当該側壁と平行に配置される一つの側壁と、 当該側壁の端縁に連設された底壁及 び後壁とを備えた第 2のボックス形成部材とからなり、 これら第 1及び第 2のボ ックス形成部材の底壁及び後壁は組み合わせ可能に形成され、 前記第 1のボック ス形成部材と第 2のボックス形成部材は、 それらの側壁間力離間接近可能に設け られる一方、 各側壁が面方向に移動不能に結合される、 という構成によっても前 述の目的を達成しょうとしたものである。
前記第 1及び第 2のボックス形成部材における底壁及び後壁は、 それらが同一 面上に位置するように形成されている。
また、 前記第 1のボックス形成部材は、底壁及び後壁に打ち抜き部を備え、 前 記第 2のボックス形成部材の底壁及び後壁は、前記打ち抜き部内に受容される形 状に設けられている。 ここで、 前記打ち抜き部は、 好ましくは底壁及び後壁の複 数箇所に設けられる構成が採用される。 なお、 前記第 2のボックス形成部材の底壁及び後壁の間には、 当該第 2のボッ クス形成部材の側壁よりも小さな平面積となる仕切用側壁が連設され、 前記第 1 のボックス形成部材の一方の側壁には前記仕切用側壁に対応した打ち抜き部が形 成され、 この打ち抜き部を通つて仕切用側壁が第 1のボックス形成部材の側壁間 に位置する、 という構成を採っている。
第 1のボックス形成部材と第 2のボックス形成部材は、 それぞれの設置面を机 上等に設置して起立可能となる。 この状態で、 各ボックス形成部材の側壁を相互 に平行に配置するとともに、 各ボックス形成部材の設置面を同一平面上に組み合 わせつつ第 1及び第 2のボックス形成部材を一体化させる。 この状態では、 側壁 間を収納幅として書類等の収納対象物を収納することができる。 第 2のボックス 形成部材は、 その側壁が第 1のボックス形成部材の側壁に対して離間接近する方 向に移動可能であり、 この移動によって、 側壁間の収納幅を拡大することが可能 となる。 従って、 収納量の増大に追従して単一のボックスファイルにてより多く の収納を可能とする。
第 2のボックス形成部材に仕切用側壁を設けた構成においては、 当該仕切用側 壁と第 1のボックス形成部材の側壁とで書類等を挟み込むことが可能となり、 収 納対象物としての書類枚数が少ない場合であっても、 当該書類を安定して起立保 持することができ、底壁側に落ち込むことに起因した書類曲り癖等の発生原因を 回避する。 図面の簡単な説明

第 1のボックス形成部材 1 1は、 図 2に示されるように、左右一対の仰 J壁 1 4 , 1 5と、 これら側壁 1 4， 1 5の下端縁に連設された設置面としての底壁 1 6 と、 前記側壁 1 4 , 1 5の後端縁に連設された後壁 1 7とを備えて構成されてい る。 また、 前記側壁 1 4 , 1 5は手前側に傾斜部 1 4 A， 1 5 Aを備えた形状に 設けられているとともに、 図 3にも示されるように、 左側の側壁 1 4には前記傾 斜部 1 4 Aに沿う形状となる打ち抜き部 1 4 Bが二箇所に形成されている。
ここで、 本実施例では、 前記底壁 1 6が設置面として第 1のボックスファイル 1 1を縱置き姿勢として用いる場合を示しているが、 前記後壁 1 7を設置面とし て横置き姿勢として利用することもできる。 この場合には、 図示の底壁 1 6が後 壁として作用することになる。

なお、 本ボックスファイル 1 0の使用初期において、 僅かに数枚の書類を収納 するような場合には、 第 2のボックス形成部材 1 2の側壁 2 0と第 1のボックス 形成部材 1 1の側壁 1 4とを若干離間させておき、前記仕切用側壁 2 4と第 1の ボックス形成部材 1 1の右側側壁 1 5との間に僅かな隙間を形成し、 この隙間に 書類を挟み込んで収納することができる。 また、 第 1のボックス形成部材 1 1と 第 2のボックス形成部材 1 2とを分離し、 個々に独立して使用することも可能で める。
従って、 このような実施例によれば、 第 1及び第 2のボックス形成部材 1 1， 1 2を用いてこれらを組み合わせることができ、 収納対象量が少ないときは、 小 さなスペースにて収納することができる一方、 収納量の増大に伴って収納幅を拡 大させることができるから、 常に必要最小限の収納スぺ一スにて書類等を収納で きるという効果を得る。
また、 第 1のボックス形成部材 1 1に形成された打ち抜き部 1 6 A， 1 7 Aに 第 2のボックス形成部材 1 2の底壁 2 1及び後壁 2 2力受容される形状としたか ら、 第 1及び第 2のボックス形成部材 1 1 , 1 2が組み合わされた状態で前記底 壁 1 6 , 2 1と後壁 1 7 , 2 2が同一面上に位置する構成となり、 内外表面に凹 凸部分を全く生じさせることなく全体を形成することが可能となる。 同時に、 第 2のボックス形成部材 1 2の側壁 2 0は、 第 1のボックス形成部材 1 1の側壁 1 4に対して離間接近する左右方向に移動可能とする一方、 当該方向を除く直交二 軸方向への移動、 すなわち側壁 2 0の面方向への移動が阻止されるため、 書類等 を収納した状態で本ボックスファイル 1 0を持ち上げるような場合が生じても、 第 1及び第 2のボックス形成部材 1 1 , 1 2力 <分離する虞もなく、 持ち運ぶ場合 でも何等の不都合を生じることがな L、。
また、 前記ボックスファイル 1 0を流通過程に乗せる場合には、 第 1及び第 2 のボックス形成部材 1 1， 1 2を一体化させた状態で、 梱包及び輸送等を行うこ とができるため、 梱包コスト及び輪送コストの低廉ィ匕をも実現できるという効果 を得る。 更に、第 1及び第 2のボックス形成部材 1 1 , 1 2は分離可能であるた め、 それぞれのボックス形成部材 1 1 , 1 2を独立的に利用できるという効果を 得る。
なお、 前記実施例において、 第 2のボックス形成部材 1 2は仕切用側壁 2 4を 設けたが、 図 9に示される第 2実施例のように、 仕切用側壁 2 4を省略した構成 も採用可能である。 この場合、 第 2のボックス形成部材 1 2の底壁 2 1 , 2 1間 に連結部 2 1 Aを設ける一方、 後壁 2 2 , 2 2間にも同様の連結部 2 2 Aを設け る構成が好ましい。 このような実施例によれば、 第 2のボックス形成部材 1 2の 成形型を比較的にシンプルにすることができ、 成形コス卜の低廉化を図ることが できる。
更に、 前記実施例における第 2のボックス形成部材 1 2は、 図 1 0に示される 第 3実施例のように、 側壁 2 0の形状が第 1のボックス形成部材 1 1における右 側の側壁 1 5よりも小さくなった相似形状に設ける構成等も採用することができ る。 また、 第 1のボックス形成部材 1 1の底壁 1 6及び後壁 1 7の端縁に肉薄と なるガイド片 1 6 B， 1 7 Bをそれぞれ設け、 これらのガイド片 1 6 B , 1 7 B で第 2のボックス形成部材 1 2における底壁 2 1 , 後壁 2 2を受容する時のガイ ドとして利用することができる。
このような構成によれば、 第 2のボックス形成部材 1 2における側壁 2 0力仕 切用側壁 2 4の外側形状と略対応することとなつて外観体裁が改善でき、第 2の ボックス形成部材 1 2を単独で使用する際のデザイン的バランスを良好に維持す ることができる。 し力、も、 第 2のボックス形成部材 1 2が床面等に落下した時に 側壁 2 0側が割れる虞を低減できるという効果も得る。
また、 前記各実施例における第 1のボックス形成部材 1 1の底壁 1 6及び後壁 1 7と、 第 2のボックス形成部材 1 2の底壁 2 1及び後壁 2 2との相対移動端縁 に、 相互に嵌まり合う溝及び突条等を設ける構成も付加してもよい。 この場合に は、 第 1及び第 2のボックス形成部材 1 1， 1 2の離間接近動作をより一層スム ースに行うことが可能となる。
更に、 各ボックス形成部材 1 1， 1 2は、 少なくとも上方が開放形状に設けら れていれば足り、 第 1のボックス形成部材 1 1における手前側に後壁 1 7と対応 する前壁を設けることも可能である。
また、 前記底壁 1 6 , 2 1及び後壁 1 7 , 2 2は、 それぞれ二箇所に分散した 形状としたが、 これら底壁 1 6 , 2 1及び後壁 1 7， 2 2は、 起立可能である限 り少なくとも一箇所あれば良く、 また、 三箇所以上に分散させても実施すること ができる。
更に、 前記ボックス形成部材 1 1 , 1 2は、 一定の硬度が確保できるものであ れば紙製とすることができる他、 金属製も勿論採用可能である。 加えて、 各ボッ クス形成部材 1 1， 1 2は、 図示構成例の外観に限らず、 例えば、 網目状の外観 を呈するもの等として形成してもよい。 本発明は、 第 1および第 2のボックス形 成部材 1 1 , 1 2が相互に離間接近して収納幅を可変とすることができれる限り 、 種々の設計変更が可能である。
本発明は、 以上のように構成され、且つ、 作用するので、 これによると、 収納 対象物の収納量に応じて収納幅を変化させることができ、 種々の収納態様に臨機 応変に対応して安定した収納状態を確保することができる、 という従来にない優 れた効果を奏するボックスフアイルを提供することができる。 産業上の利用可能性
本発明に係るボックスファイルは、 オフィスにおける机上等に載置され、 各種 の書類を収納することに特に好適に利用される。

Claims

請 求 の 範 囲
1 . 少なくとも一つの面を設置面として起立可能に設けられるとともに、 前記設 置面に連なる少なくとも一つの側壁が設けられて相互に平行に配置される二以上 のボックス形成部材からなり、 各ボックス形成部材の設置面は同一面上に組み合 わせ可能に形成され、 前記第 1のボックス形成部材と第 2のボックス形成部材は 、 それらの側壁間が離間接近可能に設けられるとともに各側壁が面方向に移動不 能に組み合わされていることを特徴とするボックスファイル。
2. 一対の側壁と、 これら側壁間に設けられた底壁及び後壁とを有し、 少なくと も上方が開放形状となる第 1のボックス形成部材と、 前記側壁と略同一外形また はこれより小さな略相似形に設けられて当該側壁と平行に配置される一つの側壁 と、 当該側壁の端縁に連設された底壁及び後壁とを備えた第 2のボックス形成部 材とからなり、 これら第 1及び第 2のボックス形成部材の底壁及び後壁は組み合 わせ可能に形成され、 前記第 1のボックス形成部材と第 2のボックス形成部材は 、 それらの側壁間が離間接近可能に設けられる一方、 各側壁が面方向に移動不能 に結合されていることを特徴とするボックスファイル。
3. 前記第 1及び第 2のボックス形成部材は、 それらの底壁及び後壁が同一面上 に位置するように形成されていることを特徵とする請求項 2記載のボックスファ ィル。
4. 前記第 1のボックス形成部材は、底壁及び後壁に打ち抜き部を備え、 前記第 2のボックス形成部材の底壁及び後壁は、 前記打ち抜き部内に受容される形状に 設けられていることを特徴とする請求項 2記載のボックスファイル。
5. 前記打ち抜き部は、 複数箇所に分散して設けられていることを特徵とする請 求項 4記載のボックスファイル。
6. 前記第 2のボックス形成部材の底壁及び後壁の間には、 当該第 2のボックス 形成部材の側壁よりも小さな平面積となる仕切用側壁が連設され、 前記第 1のボ ックス形成部材の一方の側壁には前記仕切用側壁に対応した打ち抜き部が形成さ れ、 この打ち抜き部を通って仕切用側壁力第 1のボックス形成部材の側壁間に位 置することを特徴とする請求項 2ないし 5のいずれか記載のボックスファイル。
