- the invention relates to a rotary lock cylinder for a security lock, with a stator and a rotor and a plurality of tumblers each having a core pin and a housing pin.
- Rotary lock cylinders of this type are generally known. To enable the rotor to rotate, the tumblers are arranged with a key inserted into the key channel.
- the security of these rotary lock cylinders can be affected by the following unlocking method. In this case, the rotor is clamped around its axis of rotation with a certain torque using an intrusion tool, and at the same time the tumblers are moved radially outward by vibration until all the housing pins lie behind the shoulder of the rotor formed by the rotation and the rotor can also be turned without a key. The prevention of this unlocking method was previously complex.
- the object of the invention is to improve the security against unlocking of a generic rotary lock cylinder.
- the rotary lock cylinder should nevertheless be inexpensive to manufacture and functionally reliable.

- a generic rotary lock cylinder in that at least one locking element is mounted in the rotor, which can be displaced approximately transversely to a core pin of a tumbler and, in its rest position, engages in a recess of the stator in that the recess tion of the stator has a control surface, such that when the unlocked rotor is rotated, the locking element is moved against the core pin, that a recess is worked into the core pin on its circumference, such that when the core pin is in place after the rotor has been rotated about one comparatively small angle, the locking element can be inserted into the groove until it is lifted out of the above-mentioned recess of the stator and that when the core pin is not arranged, the locking element essentially is not displaceable from the rest position and is present on the outside of the core pin.
- the rotor can only be rotated if both the housing pins and the core pins are arranged. If a core pin is not arranged, the locking element working together with this cannot be moved from the rest position into the unlocked position. If all the core pins have been arranged, the recesses in the core pins are aligned such that the locking elements can be displaced and can engage in these recesses. It is essential that the locking elements only engage in the recesses in the core pins when the rotor has been rotated through the comparatively small angle that is common during tensioning. In the above-mentioned unlocking method, the locking elements cannot therefore be used to arrange the core pins.
- the locking element is implemented by a pin which is mounted in a bore in the rotor.
- a plurality of such blocking elements are preferably provided.
- Each locking element is then assigned to a core pin of a tumbler row.
- the locking element can, however, be a slide that works together with several tumblers.
- the locking element or the locking elements can be held in the rest position by their own weight or by spring force.

- Pin tumblers 8 each with a housing pin 9 and a core pin 10 are mounted in the longitudinal channels 5 of the stator 2 and in radial stepped bores 14 of the rotor 3.
- a slide 4 is inserted, which receives the housing pins 9 of a tumbler row and in which springs 25, not shown here, are mounted, which hold the tumbler pins 9 and 10 in the position shown in FIG. 1, in which the core pins 10 each coexist a shoulder 11 abut a shoulder 26 of a stepped bore 14. In this position, the rotor is locked as shown by the housing pins 9 which exceed the shear line 7.

Compression springs are expedient if the blocking elements 22 are inserted from above into corresponding bores in the rotor.
