Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Zylinderschloss mit zumindest einem Zylinderkern, der in der Zyiinderkembohrung des Zylindergehäuses drehbar angeordnet ist, wobei Zylinderkem und Zylindergehäuse Stiftbohrungen aufweisen, die jeweils aus Kernstiftbohrungen und Gehäusestiftbohrungen bestehen, die miteinander fluchten, wenn der Zylinderkern in unverdrehter Stellung steht und wobei in den Stiftbohrungen je ein Gehäusestift und ein Kernstift verschiebbar gelagert sind.
- Solche Zylinderschlösser sind seit langer Zeit Stand der Technik. Ebenfalls seit langer Zeit haben sich verschiedene Nachsperrmethoden unter Verwendung spezieller Nachsperrwerkzeuge herausgebildet, die zur missbräuchlichen Öffnung von Zylinderschlössern verwendet werden können.
- Gegenüber solcher Nachspernmethoden sind die oben genannten Zylinderschlösser weiter verbessert worden, wobei der Gehäusestift mit seiner Achse gegenüber der Achse der Gehäusestiftbohrung kippbar ist, oder ein Kopfabschnitt des Gehäusestiftes gegenüber der Achse der Gehäusestiftbohrung seitlich verschiebbar ist, und seitlich der Mündung der Gehäusestiftbohrung in die Zylinderkernbohrung des Zylindergehäuses eine Freistellausnehmung zum Eingriff des Gehäusestiftes oder dessen Kopfabschnittes angeordnet ist
- Die
US-A-46 55 063 zeigt einen Gehäusestift, der mit seiner Achse gegenüber der Achse der Gehäusestiftbohrung kippbar ist. Seitlich der Mündung der Gehäusestiftbohrung in die Zylinderkernbohrung des Zylindergehäuses ist eine Freistellausnehmung zum Eingriff des als Pilzstift ausgebildeten oberen Abschnittes des Gehäusestiftes vorgesehen. - Allerdings ist diese mehrteilige Ausbildung der Gehäusestifte in der Praxis nächteilig und verhindert nicht die weiter unten beschriebene Nachspernmethode.
- Dies gilt auch gegenüber der
US-A- 32 86 494 , die ein Zylinderschloss zeigt, bei dem der Zylinderkern erst ein Stück in die eine Richtung und dann zur Schlossbetätigung in die andere Richtung gedreht werden muss. Eine derartige Handhabung eines Schlosses wird aber vom Benutzer nicht akzeptiert. - Neuerdings ist eine Nachspernmethode bekannt geworden, bei der ein sogenannter Adapterschlüssel Verwendung findet. Dieser Schlüssel passt im Brückenbereich des Schlüsselkanals in den Schlüsselkanal hinein und besitzt einen Bart mit einer Reihe aufeinanderfolgender Zacken für die zugehörigen Kernstifte des Zylinderkerns. Wenn der Adapterschlüssel und damit der Zylinderkern mit einer leichten Drehbewegung unter Drehspannung gesetzt wird, genügt ein Schlag auf den Schlüssel in Richtung der Achse des Zylinderkerns, um das Zylinderschloss zu öffnen. Die Wirkung des Werkzeuges ergibt sich daraus, dass durch die Zacken des Adapterschlossels die Stiftzuhaltungen insgesamt eine starke Beschleunigung gegen die Stiftfedern erfahren. Dadurch kommt es zu einer Prellbewegung zwischen den Kernstiften und den zugehörigen Gehausestiften, wodurch sich diese kurzzeitig auseinander bewegen und durch den Drehdruck des Zylinderkerns der Zylinderkern deswegen freigegeben wird, weil keiner der Kernstifte oder Gehäusestifte die Fläche der Zylinderkernbohrung durchragt.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, die Aufsperrsicherheit des Zylinderschlosses zu erhöhen und insbesondere die genannte Nachsperrmethode zu erschweren oder zu verhindern. - Das erfindungsgemäße Zylinderschloss ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäusestift an seinem dem Zylinderkern zugewandten Abschnitt einen Kopfabschnitt mit verringertem Durchmesser aufweist, auf dem ein Kopfring lose angeordnet ist und/oder dass der Gehäusestift als Taumelstift mit einem dem Zylinderkern zugewandten Pilzkopf ausgebildet ist und der Taumelstift zweiteilig ist, wobei die Teile teleskopartig ineinander schiebbar sind.
- Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale der Erfindung sind den Ansprüchen, der nachfolgenden Beschreibung und den Zeichnungen zu entnehmen.
- Die
Figur 1 zeigt in Schrägansicht ein Zylinderschloss in teilweise demontiertem Zustand. DieFiguren 2 und 3 zeigen Querschnitte durch das Zylinderschloss in jeweils verschiedenen Funktionslagen. DieFiguren 4 und5 zeigen ein Ausführungsbeispiel im Querschnitt in verschiedenen Funktionslagen. DieFiguren 6 und 7 sind Seitenansichten von zwei Versionen des Gehäusestiftes.Fig. 8 ein Zylinderschloss in teilweisern Längsschnitt mit eingeschobenem Adapterschlüssel.Fig. 9 ist ein Schnitt nach Linie IX - IX inFig. 8 und dieFig. 10, 11 zeigen verschiedene Funktionsstellungen.Fig. 12 zeigt eine Ansicht des Zylinderkernes gemäßFig. 8 undFig. 13 im Schnitt eine weitere Version des Gehäusestiftes. - Das in
Fig. 1 dargestellte Zylinderschloss ist ein Doppelzylinder, der zwei Zylinderkerne aufweist, die wechselseitig von beiden Seiten das Schloss sperren können. Die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung kann sowohl an einem Zylinderkern als auch an beiden Zylinderkernen vorgesehen sein. Es sind nur die zur vorliegenden Erfindung wesentlichen Bestandteile des Zylinderschlosses dargestellt. - Der Zylinderkern 1 ist in der Zylinderkernbohrung 2 des Zylindergehäuses 3 drehbar angeordnet. In den Schlüsselkanal 16 kann der zugehörige Schlüssel in den Zylinderkem eingesteckt werden, sodass in bekannter Weise die Kernstifte 17 und die zugehörigen Gehäusestifte, die allgemein mit dem Bezugszeichen 18 bezeichnet sind, in eine solche Lage gebracht werden, dass die Teilungen 19 zwischen Kernstift und Gehäusestift in der Drehebene der Zylinderkernbohrung 2 liegen und somit die Drehung des Zylinderkerns erlauben: Die Stiftfedern 20 spannen die aus den Gehäusestiften 18 und Kernstiften 17 bestehenden Stiftzuhaltungen nach oben in Richtung zum Schlüsselkanal 16.
- Gemäß vorliegender Erfindung sind die Gehäusestifte 18 und die Zylinderkembohrung 2 oder alternativ der Zylinderkem 1 im Bereich der Mündung 11 der Gehäusestiftbohrungen besonders ausgestaltet.
- Die
Figuren 2 und 3 zeigen zwei Ausführungsbeispiele, die entweder alleine oder auch in Kombination in einem Zylinder vorgesehen werden können. InFig. 1 sind insgesamt 3 Ausführungsvarianten des Gehäusestiftes eingezeichnet. -
Fig. 2a und 3a zeigt zwei Varianten in Freigabestellung der Stiftzuhaltung, die eingenommen wird, wenn ein richtiger Schlüssel eingeschoben ist und der Zylinderkern verdreht werden kann. - In
Fig. 2b und Fig. 3b ist jene Funktionsstellung eingezeichnet, bei der missbräuchlich durch ein Nachsperrwerkzeug der Zylinderkern 1 leicht verdreht wird, wobei sich die Gehäusestifte 6 und 7 durch den Druck der Stiftfedern 20 in die Kernstiftbohrung hinein erstrecken, sodass ein Weiterdrehen des Zylinderkerns unmöglich ist. - Wie weiter unten noch genauer erklärt wird, sind die Gehäusestifte mit ihren Achsen gegenüber den Achsen der Gehäusestiftbohrungen kippbar oder im Kopfabschnitt verschiebbar. Im Ausführungsbeipiel
Fig. 2 besteht der Gehäusestift aus einer Schraubfeder, wie sie inFig. 6 vergrößert dargestellt ist. Bei dieser Ausführungsvariante ist somit ein Abschnitt des als Schraubfeder ausgebildeten Gehäusestiftes gegenüber der Achse der Gehäusestiftbohrung seitlich verschiebbar, wie dies inFig. 2b dargestellt ist. InFig. 6 ist der Kopfabschnitt mit dem Bezugszeichen 21 angedeutet. - In der Variante
Fig. 3 ist der Gehäusestift als Taumelstift 7 ausgebildet, wie dies an sich bekannt ist. In der Funktionsstellung nachFig. 3b greift der Pilzkopf des Taumelstiftes über die Mündung der Gehäusestiftbohrung, wie vergrößert inFig. 5 dargestellt ist. - Als weitere Maßnahme ist in der Zylinderkernbohrung 2 seitlich der Mündung 11 der Gehäusestiftbohrung im Zylindergehäuse eine Freistellausnehmung 12 vorgesehen, um Platz für den Eingriff des Gehäusestiftabschnittes zu bieten, der in die Kernstiftbohrung hineinsteht. Bei dieser Anordnung ist es nicht möglich, bei der Stellung nach den
Fig. 2b und 3b die eingangs geschilderte Nachsperrmethode durchzuführen. Da die Gehäusestifte in den dargestellten Stellungen in ihrer axialen Beweglichkeit gehindert sind, wird der Prellvorgang beim Nachsperren nicht herbeigeführt, der bewirken sollte, dass sich Gehäusestift und Kernstift von einander so entfernen, dass die Drehebene der Zylinderkernbohrung freigegeben wird. - In den
Fig. 4 und5 sind die einzelnen Merkmale vergrößert dargestellt und die Funktionsweise kann anhand des dargestellten Taumelstiftes besser erläutert werden. - Der Zylinderkern 1 sitzt in der Zylinderkernbohrung 2 des Zylindergehäuses 3. In der Kernstiftbohrung 4 sitzt der Kernstift 17 und ist in dieser verschiebbar. Mit der Kernstiftbohrung 4 fluchtet die Gehäusestiftbohrung 5, in der der Gehäusestift 7 als Taumelstift verschiebbar angeordnet ist. Die Vorspannung der Stiftzuhaltung erfolgt durch die Stiftfeder 20.
- An der Mündung 11 der Gehäusestiftbohrung ist beidseitig eine Rastausnehmung 12 in der Zylinderkernbohrung des Zylindergehäuses vorgesehen. Der Gehäusestift 7 umfasst einen Pilzkopf 13 und den Pilzstift 14, die Achse 9 des Gehäusestiftes fluchtet mit der Achse 10 der Gehäusestiftbohrung.
- In
Fig. 4 ist der besseren Darstellung halber der Kernstift 17 in einer Lage eingezeichnet, in der er das Verdrehen des Zylinderkerns gestattet, wobei der Gehäusestift 7 nach unten verschoben eingezeichnet ist. Wenn kein Schlüssel oder lediglich ein Nachsperrwerkzeug der eingangs genannten Art eingeschoben ist, wären Kernstift und Gehäusestift gemeinsam nach oben durch den Druck der Stiftfeder 20 verschoben, sodass der Gehäusestift 7 teilweise in die Kernstiftbohrung 4 hineinragt, wodurch der Zylinderkem nicht verdreht werden kann. -
Fig. 5 zeigt die Funktionsstellung, die zur Verhinderung des unberechtigten Nachsperrens eingenommen wird, nachdem der Zylinderkern mit dem Adapterschlüssel leicht in Drehung gehalten und ein Schlag auf den Adapterschlüssel ausgeführt wird. Durch den Prellvorgang kann der Gehäusestift 7 höchstens bis zur dargestellten Lage gebracht werden, in der der Pilzkopf 13 in die Freistellausnehmung 12 eingreift und dort sicher festgehalten wird. Ein Verdrehen des Zylinderkernes ist dabei unmöglich. - Wird als Gehäusestift eine Schraubfeder gemäß
Fig. 6 verwendet, entsteht eine Funktionsstellung wie sie inFig. 2b eingezeichnet ist. Dabei verschiebt sich die Achse des Gehäusestiftes in einem Abschnitt 21 der Schraubfeder gegenüber der Achse der Gehäusestiftbohrung. - Diese beiden Ausführungsvarianten mit Taumelstift und Schraubfeder als Gehäusestifte können in Kombination in einem Zylinderkern vorgesehen werden.
- Die Anordnung der Freistellausnehmung 12 bietet eine genügend große Auflagefläche für den verschobenen Teil des federartigen Gehäusestiftes oder des Pilzkopfes, sodass es auch bei mehrmaliger Anwendung der Nachsperrmethode nicht zu einer Abnützung der Mündung der Gehäusestiftbohrung kommt, wie dies der Fall wäre, wenn eine solche Ausnehmung nicht vorgesehen wird. Bevorzugt wird bei der Herstellung die Freistellausnehmung 12 als eine durchgehend geräumte Nut vorgesehen, die über die gesamte Länge des Zylindergehäuses verläuft.

Fig. 1 zeigt noch eine dritte Variante des Gehäusestiftes 8 mit Pilzkopf, Pilzstift und einer Schraubfeder, die um den Pilzstift anschliessend an den Pilzkopf angeordnet ist. Auch diese Variante hat die gewünschte Winkung. Alle diese zuvor beschriebenen Merkmale derFig. 1 bis 7 sind aber alleine nicht ausreichend, um die Nachsperrmethode sicher zu verhindern. - Die
Fig. 8 zeigt die Ausgestaltung gemäß Erfindung, wobei im linken Schliesszylinder eines Doppelzylinderschlosses der eingangs erwähnte Adapterschlüssel in jener Position eingezeichnet ist, in der er vor dem Einschlagen zum mißbräuchlichen Öffnen des Schlosses steht. Durch die Zacken des Schlüsselbarts werden die Zuhaltungsstifte zwangsweise nach unten geschleudert, wodurch es zu dem Auseinander-Prellen der Kernstifte und Gehäusestifte kommen kann. - Die von der Stirnseite des Zylinderkerns 1 gesehen ersten und dritten Stiftzuhaltungen weisen Gehäusestifte 22 auf, die jeweils einen zapfenförmigen Kopfabschnitt aufweisen, der jeweils mit einem Kopfring 24 versehen ist. Die übrigen Zuhaltungsstifte sind als Taumelstifte oder als Schraubfedern ausgebildet, wie dies zuvor beschrieben wurde. Die Aufeinanderfolge der verschiedenen Arten von Gehäusestiften ist nur beispielsweise dargestellt und kann beliebig gewählt werden. Es ist vorteilhaft, wenigstens zwei verschiedene Ausführungen Gehäusestifte vorzusehen.
- Die Funktionsweise der Gehäusestifte 22 wird nachfolgend anhand der
Figuren 9 ,10 und 11 erklärt. - Die
Fig. 9 zeigt die Ruhestellung, wie sie auch inFig. 8 eingezeichnet ist. InFig. 10 sieht man, wie durch den Schlag auf den Adapterschlüssel der Gehäusestift 22 nach unten geprellt wird und durch die leichte Verdrehung des Zylinderkerns 1 der Kopfabschnitt 23 des Gehäusestiftes im Zylinderkern hängen bleibt, sodass er außer Eingriff mit dem zapfenförmigen Kopfabschnitt 23 gelangt. Zu beiden Seiten der Kernstiftbohrung befindet sich eine Freistellausnehmung 21 im Kern. Nach weiterem Verdrehen des Zylinderkerns kommt der Kopfabschnitt 23 des Gehäusestiftes in Eingriff mit der Freistellausnehmung 28 im Kern und der Kopfring 24 wird durch die Kernstiftbohrung 4 mitgenommen. Dadurch kann sich eine Stellung ergeben, wie sie inFig. 11 eingezeichnet ist. In dieser Stellung ist der Zylinderkern gefangen und das Schloss kann nicht weiter verdreht werden. Damit ist ein Schliessvorgang für das Schloss unmöglich gemacht und die mißbräuchliche Anwendung des Adapterschlüssels ist sofort erkennbar, weil zum einen das Schloss unbrauchbar ist und zum anderen auch der Adapterschlüssel im Schliesskanal gefangen sein kann. - Die
Fig. 12 zeigt eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform des Zylinderkerns, wobei zu beiden Seiten aller Kemstiftbohrungen 4 die Freistellausnehmung 28 im Kem vorgesehen ist. Es können also alle Gehäusestifte gemäß dem Gehäusestift 22 mit Kopfabschnitt vorgesehen werden, oder auch nur einige davon in Kombination mit anderen zuvor geoffenbarten Gehäusestiftarten. Die Kernstifte sind durchwegs ungeteilt dargestellt. Für Schliessanlagen können die Kernstifte in bekannter Weise auch geteilt vorgesehen werden. -
Fig. 13 zeigt einen Schnitt analog derFig. 5 , wobei der Gehäusestift als Taumelstift 7 ausgebildet ist. Im Unterschied zu jenem derFig. 5 ist er jedoch zweiteilig ausgeführt, wobei die beiden Teile (26, 27) teleskopartig ineinander und auseinander schiebbar sind. Bei dieser Ausführungsart kommt es beim Schlag auf den Adapterschlüssel de facto zu einer Verlängerung des Gehäusestiftes und der obere Pilzkopf hängt sich in die Freistellausnehmung 12 ein. Auch dadurch ist das mißbräuchliche Verdrehen des Zylinderkerns verhindert.
Claims (5)
- Zylinderschloss mit zumindest einem Zylinderkern (1) der in der Zylinderkembohrung (2) des Zylindergehäuses (3) drehbar angeordnet ist, wobei Zylinderkern und Zylindergehäuse Stiftbohrungen aufweisen, die jeweils aus Kemstiftbohrungen und Gehäusestiftbohrungen bestehen, die miteinander fluchten, wenn der Zylinderkem in unverdrehter Stellung steht und wobei in den Stiftbohrungen je ein Gehäusestift und ein Kernstift verschiebbar gelagert sind, wobei der Gehäusestift (18) mit seiner Achse (9) gegenüber der Achse (10) der Gehäusestiftbohrung (5) kippbar ist, oder ein Kopfabschnitt des Gehäusestiftes (6) gegenüber der Achse (5) der Gehäusestiftbohrung seitlich verschiebbar ist, und seitlich der Mündung (11) der Gehäusestiftbohrung (5) in die Zylinderkernbohrung (2) des Zylindergehäuses (3) eine Freistellausnehmung (12, 21) zum Eingriff des Gehäusestiftes (18) oder dessen Kopfabschnittes (23) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäusestift (22) an seinem dem Zylinderkern (1) zugewandten Abschnitt einen Kopfabschnitt (23) mit verringertem Durchmesser aufweist, auf dem ein Kopfring (24) lose angeordnet ist und/oder dass der Gehäusestift (18) als Taumelstift (7) mit einem dem Zylinderkern (1) zugewandten Pilzkopf (13) ausgebildet ist und der Taumelstift zweiteilig ist, wobei die Teile (26, 27) teleskopartig ineinander schiebbar sind.
- Zylinderschloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Freistellausnehmung (21) im Zylinderkern angeordnet ist und eine lichte Weite aufweist, die den Eintritt des Kopfabschnittes (23) erlaubt und den Eintritt des Kopfringes (24) verhindert.
- Zylinderschloss nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Freistellausnehmung (21) zu beiden Seiten der Kernstiftbohrung (4) erstreckt.
- Zylinderschloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Freistellausnehmung (12) seitlich der Mündung (11) der Gehäusestiftbohrung (5) durch eine das Zylindergehäuse (3) durchragende und zur Zylinderkernbohrung (2) offene Nut gebildet ist.
- Zylinderschloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 mit einer Reihe mehrerer Gehäusestiftbohrungen und Gehäusestiften, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einer der Gehäusestifte mit dem Kopfabschnitt mit verringertem Durchmesser und Kopfring und wenigstens ein weiterer Gehäusestift als Pilz- oder Taumelstift (7, 8) ausgebildet ist.
