Abstract
Procédé empêchant l'entrée d'un fluide par effet de capillarité dans un câble (10), et câble (10) ainsi obtenu. Ce procédé consiste à imprégner le câble (10) d'une composition d'étanchéité et à faire durcir ladite composition. Le câble (10) comprend une dernière couche (18), une avant-dernière couche (20) et une couche centrale (40) concentriques. La couche centrale (40) comprend un élément central (44) de transmission de signaux, séparé de l'avant-dernière couche (20) par un isolant ou diélectrique (42) central. Ladite avant-dernière couche (20) comprend une gaine tressée (32) entourant un conducteur tressé (22) et un isolant (30) disposé entre les deux. La dernière couche (18) entoure l'avant-dernière couche (20), ou couche intérieure, et la couche centrale (40) du câble (10).
