Abstract
Dans la cavité d'un moule pour moulage par injection, pouvant être subdivisée en plusieurs zones au moyen d'au moins un élément séparateur (9, 9'), une pièce prémoulée (2) est immobilisée dans une zone. La matière plastique est alors introduite dans le moule pour le moulage par injection qui ne se trouve pas encore en sa position de fermeture finale, ladite matière plastique prenant la forme de l'élément de revêtement, au moins dans la zone contenant la pièce prémoulée (2), jusqu'à ce que la position de fermeture finale soit atteinte dans la zone arrière de la pièce prémoulée. Par injection de matière plastique dans au moins une autre zone de la cavité, l'élément de revêtement est complètement formé en un seul cycle de travail. Cet élément de revêtement formé d'au moins deux zones de matériaux différents, peut être utilisé comme composant de revêtement pour l'intérieur des véhicules.
