Abstract

Nahrungsmittel, Genußmittel oder Arzneimittel werden zum konservierenden Behandeln, sowie zum selektiven Entfernen von niedermolekularen, wertmindernden Substanzen mit einer Verdampfungstemperatur bis zu der des Wassers in Behältnisse gefüllt, deren Wandung in zumindest einem Teil selektiv permeabel ist. Die Behältnisse werden verschlossen und zu entfernende, wertmindernde Substanzen, die miteingeschlossen, enthalten oder ihm beigegeben sind, durch die Wandung nach außen verdrängt. Dies erfolgt mittels miteingeschlossener, enthaltener oder beigegebener, wertvoller oder neutraler Substanzen, für deren Dämpfe die Wandung der Behältnisse undurchlässig ist. Die Verdrängung erfolgt mittels eines Druckgefälles, das durch Erwärmung oder durch äußeren Unterdruck erzeugt wird. Im Falle eines an der Luft verderbenden Inhalts werden die Behältnisse anschließend für Luft undurchlässig gemacht.
