Abstract

Dispositif de réglage de la contre-pression dans une presse à vis comportant un orifice d'entrée pour la masse (4a) à séparer en une phase liquide (4b) dont la teneur en matière sèche est négligeable, et une phase (4c, 4d) dont la teneur en matière sèche est sensiblement plus élevée; une vis rotative d'alimentation (2) associée à un tube perforé (7) entourant la vis d'alimentation (2) et étant lui-même entouré d'une chemise (8) munie d'un orifice de sortie (9) pour ladite phase liquide (4b); un orifice de sortie (11) à orientation axiale pour la masse séparée (4d, 4e); des moyens (12) servant à étrangler l'orifice de sortie (11) de manière à créer une contre-pression à l'intérieur de la presse à vis; et un organe (16) monté mobile dans le sens axial et destiné à régler cette contre-pression en brisant une barrière liquide formée par la masse séparée (4d). Dans ses positions actives, cet organe (16) brise la barrière liquide selon un degré variable, ce qui entraîne une variation concomitante de la contre-pression.
