Abstract
L'invention concerne le domaine des projectiles à têtes explosives comprenant une enveloppe extérieure pourvue d'encoches usinées assurant une fragmentation régulière, ou contenant une pluralité de sous-projectiles individuels, et pouvant être utilisée pour la défense de véhicules, notamment de chars. La cartouche de l'invention comprend un projectile protecteur présentant une enveloppe de préférence en forme de boîte et une charge explosive sous la forme d'une lentille rectangulaire bi-concave, dont la partie frontale est recouverte d'une coque formant balle présentant une forme conique vers la partie inférieure, et est dotée d'encoches formant des ailettes de renforcement mutuel en forme de pyramide. Une gorge présentant une ailette cunéiforme est ménagée sur l'enveloppe du projectile. La cartouche présente également une douille contenant une charge propulsive, une ligne de transmission par fil et un conteneur cylindrique. Le projectile entrant est détruit à proximité immédiate de l'objet défendu. Des instructions de tir et de détonation sont transmises d'un système de gestion d'auto-défense par la ligne de transmission.
