Definitions

  • Label in particular for attachment to the inside of a motor vehicle window
  • the invention relates to a label.
  • labels are applied, for example, to walls in order to give an indication of the meaning of the wall or of a content enclosed by it. It is also known to apply labels with their inscription side to the inside of glass panes in such a way that the inscription can be read through the glass pane.
  • DE-GM 1 904 346 describes a label and its manufacture, which is made up of layers arranged one above the other. These are: a plastic film, a layer of transparent lacquer, a layer with a print and a metal layer.
  • the label can optionally be provided with adhesive on the top or bottom and can be used as an inner window sticker or an outer window sticker.
  • the object of the invention is to create a new label which is tamper-proof and can only be removed from its base in such a way that the release becomes visible.
  • This object is achieved by the invention defined in claim 1. Further developments of the invention are characterized in the subclaims.
  • the invention ensures that several types of images and lettering can be combined to form an overall impression. It is also achieved that the label is tamper-proof. Finally, it is achieved that the label can be removed from its sub-layer neither completely nor partially without destruction.
  • a preferred area of application of the label according to the invention is the future Europe-wide motor vehicle license plate. This Europe-wide motor vehicle license plate is to be affixed to the inside of the rear window and / or front window of a motor vehicle and certain regional license plates, such as the German flag, a sequence of letters and numbers and a city badge with the date of registration or the like. make it visible and largely secure against forgery and removal.
  • DOCUMENTS With the label according to the invention, a cost-effective solution is thus found which creates a high degree of theft protection in that the label is difficult to remove from the windows of the motor vehicle and moreover cannot be copied without the copy being immediately distinguishable from the original.
  • the invention consists in the fact that a base laminate or a reflective layer with one or more printed and / or printable layers, a transparent, white or colored layer and / or a cover film provided on one surface with a glass adhesive adhesive are connected to one unit.
  • a field is provided in the cover film for the insertion of the city badge before the label is installed. This field is preferably free of the adhesive with which the label is attached to the glass pane.
  • the printed film or the printed layers of the label are printed with an image, in particular a flag, in multi-color printing, preferably on the back of the film.
  • the laminate layers are dimensioned such that the printed flag appears in 3D.
  • the printable film of the label is printed with the motor vehicle identifier of the motor vehicle consisting of letters and / or numbers for which the label is intended.
  • a protective film can be provided between the base laminate and the printed or printable film of the label, which keeps the printable part accessible for printing or stamping and, after removal, enables the non-detachable connection of the surfaces.
  • a printed main sign can also be provided, which can be provided with an additional sign.
  • the additional label can be printed with the vehicle-specific data.
  • the edge of the cover film is colored, in particular printed with symbols and covered with such an adhesive that part of the color and / or symbols is removed from the glass by force adheres to the glass and another part to the cover film.

  • a silicone layer or seal is applied in a strip or checkerboard pattern between the printed layer and the adhesive.
  • the adhesive that connects the laminate layers and / or attaches the label to the glass is preferably a void adhesive.
  • the recognizability of damage can be further improved if the colors and / or the adhesive are such that they change their color when exposed to temperature. A detachment of the label by means of a hair dryer or the like is thereby immediately recognizable.
  • the attachment point of the label remains visible even after the label has been removed by an additional measure.
  • the adhesive that connects the label to the glass pane can itself be removed with solvents. On the glass pane, however, when the label is peeled off, remnants of paint stick to it, thus protecting it against solvent and making it solvent-resistant together with the printing inks. • the part of the printing on the layer 31 that is protected under the silicone lacquer remains on this layer 31.
  • FIG. 11 shows a perspective view of a 3D representation as it is used in the labels according to the invention. Only a schematic principle sketch is shown.
  • An image representation 40 is provided as the bottom layer. This can, for example, be provided on the layer 31, as mentioned in the previous FIG. 10.
  • a transparent material is applied to this image representation 40. This can be a plastic layer, for example.
  • the transparent material 39 is provided with a mask 38 at least in the area of the image representation 40.
  • the mask 38 is constructed from vertically arranged black mask lines. The individual lines run parallel to each other.
  • a viewer 42 can only see the part of the image representation 40 from above that is not covered by the mask lines of the mask 38. Due to the viewing angle alpha lying between the two eyes of the viewer 42, the image representation 40 is three-dimensional for the viewer. The reason for this is that the right eye sees a different picture than the left. This is indicated schematically in FIG. 11.
  • the 3D representation cannot be copied; the copiers can only copy the representations from one level. This only copies part of the image visible between the masks. By shadow formation of the mask 38 on the image representation 40, the entire copying area is shown in the color of the mask. This would be black in Figure 11.
  • the lines of the mask 38 can also show a different color. For example, they can be chosen as dark blue, green, red or the like.
