Abstract

L'invention concerne des compositions agréables au goût qui peuvent être utilisées comme substituts de sel. Ces compositions comprennent l'ascorbate de calcium comme principal composant combiné à d'autres composants parmi lesquels du chlorure de sodium, de l'ascorbate de sodium, de l'acide ascorbique libre et du chlorure de potassium.
