Description
机油滤清器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种滤清器, 特别是涉及一种用于各种 发动机和内燃机的机油滤清器。 背景技术
现有的滤清器有各种结构, 但不外均是包合有一个 外壳, 一个上盖, 以及用于过滤机油的织物滤芯。 同时 还包合有一个压力调整装置, 该压力调整装置为一进油 口可关、 .可开的压力调整阀。 但现有滤清器压力调整阀 具有如下缺点:
1 、 其上的进油口结构设计不合理。 当机油供给压 力出现波动时, 压力调整阀反应不够炅敏, 不但波动必 须达到一定的量值, 并需波动足够的时间后, 压力调整 阀才起作用, 故整个机油系统会因内部压力不能及时调 整而受到损害。
2 、 现有的压力.调整阀,. 尽管能在机油压力发生变 化时打开旁通油路, 伹自其进油口进入的机油因未经织 物滤芯过滤而带有的颗粒极易卡嵌在阀杆与阀体之间而 导致阀杆运动迟滞, 甚至被卡制住的现象而使得整个调 整阀不能正常工作甚至失炅。
有鉴于此, 本发明提出一种其中的压力调整阀对机 油压力反应炅敏, 动作快速炅活的机油滤清器。 发明内容
本发明提出这样一种机油滤清器, 其包合有位于壳

体中的织物滤芯和位于织物滤芯下部的下滤网, 以及位 于织物滤芯上部的上滤网和上盖, 一压力调整阀贯穿在 织物滤芯中, 该压力调整阀包合有阀管、 嫘装于阀管一 端的阀嫘母、 与阀管内壁清动配合的空心阀件及弹簧, 所述阀管一端部上具有进油口, 其特征在于, 由所述阀 件与阀螺母的相接处构成一个压力慼应口, 位于该相接 处的所述阀件的端部具有 " 〈" 形截面, 而且所述阀管 的进油口内壁是倾斜的, 其倾斜角度与所述阀件具有 " 〈" 形截面的端部相邻阀管内壁的一段的倾斜角度相同; 而且所述阀件的外周面上还具有与阀件内部中心孔 相通的嫘綻槽。
本发明提出的机油滤清器结构简单, 反应炅敏, 动 作炅活, 十分实用。 附图概述

如图 1 、 图 8 和图 9 所示, 本发明提出的机油滤清 器包括有壳体 1 , 在壳体 1 内依次从下到上装有下滤网 8 、 织物滤芯 9 、 上滤网 7 、 密封环 1 1 、 上盖 2 和环 形圈 1 2 , 上盖 2 的中部具有出口通孔, 环绕出口通孔 具有入口旁孔 2 1 。
由阀管 3 和装于其中的弹赘 1 0 , 阀件 5 和阀螺母 构成的压力调整阀穿设在织物滤芯 9 和上滤网 7 的中 心孔中, 阀管 3 的外壁与织物滤芯 9 中心孔的内壁紧密 配合, 且其上的进油口 3 1 位于织物滤芯 9 的上部而不 被其遮盖。 如图 2 和图 3 所示, 阀管 3 为空心管件, 在 其一端部沿周向开设有进油口 3 1 , 而且与现有滤清器 所不同的是该进油口的内壁是倾'斜的; 阀件 5 为一中空 柱形体, 其与现有滤清器相应部件所不同之处在于, 其 外周缘上形成与其内部相通的镙綻槽 5 2 , 阀件 5 上的 镙綻槽 5 2 是通过孔 5 3 与阀件 5 内部沟通的。 并且, 与嫘母 4 配合的一端 5 1 上的截面形状为 " 〈" 形。 该 " 〈" 形截面端 5 1 靠近阀件外周面的一段的倾斜角度 与上述阀管 3 的进油口 3 1 的壁的倾斜角度相一氣 其 靠近阀件中心 '的'另一段在阀件的顶端处具有与嫘母 4 的 配合部。 镙母 4 如图 4 所示, 其内部具有中心孔, 且外 周面上具有与阀管 3 配合的.嫘纹, 嫘母 4 与阀件 5 配合 一端处, 外周面直径渐减成截园锥台形, 而中心孔直径 渐扩, 以与阀件 5 的端部 5 1 配合。

组合完成后, 阀嫘母 4 螺装在阀管 3 的一端上, 且其一 端部与可相对滑动地位于阀管 3 内的阀件 5 的端部 5 1 配合构成阀的压力慼应'口, 且该压力惑应口正好与阀管 3 上的进油口 3 1 对准, 弹簧 1 0 装于阀件 5 的另一端。
如图 6 结合图 8 所示, 当机油供给系统供油正常时, 自上盖 2 上的旁孔 2 1 进入的机油经上滤网 7 的初级过 滤后, 进到织物滤芯处进行全面过滤, 经过织物滤芯过 滤的油从织物滤芯 9 的底部经下滤网 8 、 弹簧 1 0 以及 阀件 5 和阀镙母 4 的中心孔而被送出。
当滤芯 9 ·由于某些原因部份堵塞或者滤清器下游发 生要求油量增加的状况时, 流动的油的流迷会下降并且 压力升高如图 7 结合图 9 所示, 自上盖 2 上的旁孔 2 1 进入的机油经阀管 3 的进油口 3 1 而作用在调整阀的压 力慼应口上, 由于油压增大和流动油的动量变化而产生 的力将阀件 5 逆着弹簧 1 0 向下推移, 使阀件 5 与阀螺 母 4 分开, 从而分流部分机油从:阀件 5 与阀嫘母 4 之间 进入阀管 3 而经阀嫘母 4 的中心孔流出。 如图 6 及图 7 所示, 由于本发明阀件 5 的 " 〈" 形截面端部与阀螺母 4 的端部构成的独特构形的压力感应口, 而可利用机油 的微小压力变化及流动油的动量变化而转化的力来驱动 阀件 5 的运动从而使阀件 5 能炅敏地根据油流状况的变 化压迫弹簧 1 0 下移而在其与螺母 4 之间产生一个适当 大小的开口以分流机油 另外, 由于阀件 5 的 " 〈" 形 截面端部 5 1 与阀管 3 相邻段的倾斜角度与进油口 3 1 的内壁的相同, 故部分机油可容易地经由该截面为 " < " 的部分, 从而使阀件 5 以最快速度慼应到流动油的波动。
如图 3 可以看出, 阀件 5 的外周面上具有与内部相 通的嫘旋槽 5 2 , 其作用是: 由压力调整阀分流进入该

调整阀内部的机油, 尽管经由上滤网 7 过滤, 但往往还 带有一些固体物质, 这些物质进入压力调整阀内部时常 会附着在阀管 3 的壁上.而影响到,阀件 5 在阀管 3 中的移 动, 通过设置螺綻槽 5 2 , 可以使通过阀件内部的机油 沿镙綻槽 5 2 不断对阀管壁进行冲洸, 以清除可能附着 在阀管 3 内壁上的固体物质, 保证阀件 5 与阀管 3 的内 壁光滑地配合在一起, 从而从另一方面保证当机油内部 压强出现变化时阀件 5 快迷而荧活地作出反应。

Claims
1 、 一种机油滤清器, 包合有位于壳体中的织物滤 芯和位于织物滤芯下部的下滤网, 以及位于织物滤芯上 部的上滤网和上盖, 一压力调整阀贯穿在织物滤芯中, 该压力调整阀包合有阀管、 嫘装于阀管一端的阀螺母、 与阀管内壁滑动配合的空心阀件及弹簧, 所述阀管一端 部上具有进油口, 其特征在于, 由所述阀件与阀嫘母的 相接处构成一个压力感应口, 位于该相接处的所述阀件 的端部具有 " 〈" 形截面, 而且所述阀管的进油口内壁 是倾斜的, 其倾斜角度与所述阀件具有 " 〈" 形截面的 端部相邻阀管内壁的一段的倾斜角度相一致;
而且所述阀件的外周面上还具有与阀件内部中心孔 相通的嫘綻槽。
