形截面端与阀螺母的圆台端构成表面积很大的 压力感应区,而且阀件外周面上还具有用于润滑的螺 旋槽。这种燃油滤清器结构简单,能灵敏地对油压变 化作出反应,十分实用。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种滤清器,特别是涉及一种用于发动机、内燃机的燃油滤清器。
现有的滤清器有各种结构,但不外均是包含有一个外壳,一个上盖,以及用于过滤燃油的织物滤芯。同时还包含有一个压力调整装置,该压力调整装置为一进油口可关、可开的压力调整阀。但现有滤清器压力调整阀具有如下缺点:
1、其上的进油口结构设计不合理。当燃油供给压力出现波动时,压力调整阀反应不够灵敏,不但波动必须达到一定的量值,并需波动足够的时间后,压力调整阀才起作用,故整个燃油系统会因内部压力不能及时调整而受到损害。
2、现有的压力调整阀,尽管能在燃油压力发生变化时打开进油口,但自其进油口进入的燃油因未经织物滤芯过滤而带有的颗粒极易卡嵌在阀杆与阀壳体之间而导致阀杆运动迟滞,甚至被卡制住的现象而使得整个调整阀不能正常工作甚至失灵。
有鉴于此,本实用新型提出一种压力调整阀对燃油压力反应灵敏,动作快速灵活的燃油滤清器。
本实用新型提出这样一种燃油滤清器,其包含有位于壳体中的织物滤芯和位于织物滤芯下部的下滤网,以及位于织物滤芯上部的上滤网和上盖,一压力调整阀贯穿在织物滤芯中,该压力调整阀包含有阀管、螺装于阀管一端的阀螺母、与阀管内壁滑动配合的空心阀件及弹簧,所述阀管一端部上具有进油口,其特征在于,由所述阀件与阀螺母的相接处构成一个压力感应口,位于该相接处的所述阀件的端部具有“<”形截面,而且所述阀管的进油口内壁是倾斜的,其倾斜角度与所述阀件具有“<”形截面的端部相邻阀管内壁的一段的倾斜角度相同;
而且所述阀件的外周面上还具有与阀件内部中心孔相通的螺旋槽。
本实用新型提出的燃油滤清器结构简单,反应灵敏,动作灵活,十分实用。
以下结合附图对本实用新型予以详细说明;

如图1、图8和图9所示,本实用新型提出的燃油滤清器包括有壳体1,在壳体1内依次从下到上装有下滤网8、织物滤芯9、上滤网7、密封环11、上盖2和环形圈12,上盖2的中部具有出口通孔,环绕出口通孔具有入口通孔21。
由阀管3和装于其中的弹簧10、阀件5和阀螺母4构成的压力调整阀穿设在织物滤芯9和上滤网7的中心孔中,阀管3的外壁与织物滤芯9中心孔的内壁紧密配合,且其上的进油口31位于织物滤芯9的上部而不被其遮盖。如图2和图3所示,阀管3为空心管件,在其一端部沿周向开设有进油口31,而且与现有滤清器所不同的是该进油口的内壁是倾斜的;阀件5为一中空柱形体,其与现有滤清器相应部件所不同之处在于,其外周缘上形成与其内部相通的螺旋槽52,且与螺母4配合的一端51上的截面形状为“<”形。该“<”形截面端52靠近阀件外周面的一段的倾斜角度与上述阀管3的进油口壁的倾斜角度相一致,其靠近阀件中心的另一段在阀件的顶端处倾斜角度突然增大而构成配合部。螺母4如图4所示,其内部具有中心孔,且外周面上具有与阀管3配合的螺纹,螺母4与阀件5配合一端处,外周面直径渐减成园台形,而中心孔直径渐扩,以与阀件5的端部51配合。
如图5所示,本实用新型的压力调整阀组合完成后,阀螺母4螺装在调整管3的一端上,且其一端部与可相对滑动地位于阀管3内的阀件5的端部51配合构成阀的压力感应口,且该压力感应口正好与阀管3上的进油口31对准,弹簧10装于阀件5的另一端。
如图6结合图8所示,当燃油供给系统供油正常时,自上盖2上的傍孔21进入的燃油经上滤网7的初级过滤后,进到织物滤芯处进行全面过滤,经过织物滤芯过滤的油从织物滤芯9的底部经下滤网8弹簧10、阀件5和螺母4的中心孔而被送出。
当燃油供给系统出现波动时,如图7结合图9所示,自上盖2上的傍孔21进入的燃油经阀管3的进油口31作用在调整阀的压力感应口上,因压力过大而将阀件5逆着弹簧10向下推移,使阀件5与螺母4分开,以分流部分燃油从阀件5与螺母4之间进入阀体从而保持燃油压力的稳定。如图6及图7所示,由于本实用新型阀件5的“<”形截面端部与螺母4的端部构成的独特构形的压力感应口的压力感应面积比普通的端面构成的要大得多,所以对于燃油内部微小的压强变化,会在该感应面上反应出一个很大的压力变化,从而使阀件5能灵敏地根据这一压强的变化压迫弹簧10下移而在其与螺母4之间产生一个适当大小的开口以分流燃油。另外,由于阀件5的“<”形截面端部51与阀管3相邻段的倾斜角度与进油口31的内壁的相同,故燃油内部产生的任何压强变化均能直接作用到阀件5,使阀件以最快地速度感应到这种变化。
如图3可以看出,阀件5的外周面上具有与内部相通的螺旋槽52,其作用是:由调整阀分流进入调整阀阀体内部的燃油,尽管经由上滤网7过滤,但往往还带有一些固体物质,这些物质进入阀体内部时常会附着在阀管3的壁上而影响到阀件5在阀管3的上下运动,通过设置螺旋槽52,可以使通过阀件内部的燃油沿螺旋槽52不断对阀管壁进行冲洗,以清除可能附着在阀管3内壁上的固体物质,保证阀件5与阀管3的内壁光滑地配合在一起,从而从另一方面保证当燃油内部压强出现变化时阀件5快速而灵活地作出反应。

1、一种燃油滤清器,包含有位于壳体中的织物滤芯和位于织物滤芯下部的下滤网,以及位于织物滤芯上部的上滤网和上盖,一压力调整阀贯穿在织物滤芯中,该压力调整阀包含有阀管、螺装于阀管一端的阀螺母、与阀管内壁滑动配合的空心阀件及弹簧,所述阀管一端部上具有进油口,其特征在于,由所述阀件与阀螺母的相接处构成一个压力感应口,位于该相接处的所述阀件的端部具有“<”形截面,而且所述阀管的进油口内壁是倾斜的,其倾斜角度与所述阀件具有“<”形截面的端部相邻阀管内壁的一段的倾斜角度相一致;
而且所述阀件的外周面上还具有与阀件内部中心孔相通的螺旋槽。
