Abstract
一种用于活塞式压缩机的圆盘阀门10,它由一个安装在压缩机壳体1中的阀门座11,一个与阀门座隔开一间距安装的减震器14和一个可在阀门座和减震器之间活动的密封件12所组成。在减震器和密封件之间,用于将密封件在关闭方向朝着阀座移动的螺旋弹簧2被分布在其圆周上。每个螺旋弹簧2的一端被固定在减震器14内,而其另一端区域内,对应于每个弹簧,密封件12设有导向件6。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于活塞式压缩机的圆盘阀门。该阀门具有一个固定在压缩机壳体内的阀门座,一个与阀门座隔开一段距离安装的减震器,至少一个能在阀门座和减震器之间活动的圆盘密封件,以及至少三个螺旋式弹簧,这些弹簧安装在减震器和密封件之间并排列在圆周上。关于盘式密环件既可以认为是一个只和安装在阀门座上的一个开口或环形通道相配合的环形件,也可以认为是一个和阀门座上的几个孔或环形通道相配合的圆盘。
由于这种型式的已知阀门具有作为密封件的圆盘,所以螺旋弹簧只用于使密封件进入关闭状态并将它保持在那儿。为了在开启和关闭运动中引导密封件,该密封件是用安装在阀门座和减震器之间的间隔垫圈或所谓的一些控制杆来导向的。这些控制杆和密封件及固定环被制成一体并位于密封件及其固定环之间。由于在间隔垫圈处密封件的导向作用,第一次提到的实施例不能在无摩擦的情况下工作,因此必需用油进行润滑;而第二实施例可以在无摩擦的情况下工作,故能用于无油润滑的压缩机中;但其缺点是由于控制杆的存在使其体积增大。另外,若控制杆断裂,则可能导致事故。
US-3,536,094公开了一种用于压缩机的阀门,它应用了一个由合成树脂做成的同心密封环,该环具有一个凸起的球状密封面用于与阀门座上凹球状断面的座表面接合,以阻断流体。然而,该种阀门的结构仍然比较复杂,没有解决上述的问题。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种只需应用一个圆盘作为密封件,结构更加简单紧凑,用于活塞式压缩机的圆盘阀门。
根据本发明的一种用于活塞式压缩机的圆盘阀门,它包括:一个安装在压缩机壳体内的阀门座,一个与阀门座隔开一间距安装的减震器,至少一个能在上述阀门座和减震器之间活动的圆盘密封件和至少三个在关闭方向上能将密封件朝着阀门座移动的螺旋弹簧,这些弹簧设置,在减震器和密封件之间并分布在它的圆周上,其特征在于:每一个弹簧的一端被固定在减震器内,而且在每一个弹簧的另一端区域,密封件上设有用于各个弹簧端部的导引装置。
本发明的这种结构,不需采用球面密封面,结构比较简单。而且,除了关闭功能外,螺旋弹簧也具有用于密封件的导向功能,使密封件在无摩擦的情况下被导向。虽然这种新的阀门不需任何润滑,但也可用于具有油润滑的压缩机。和已知的无油润滑压缩机中的圆盘阀门相比,这种新的圆盘阀门具有体积小和不易破损的优点,因为所述控制杆不再可能断裂。
下面对本发明的一些例证性实施例结合附图进行更详细的说明。
图1显示通过本发明圆盘阀门的轴向剖面;
图2以放大的比例显示图1中螺旋弹簧部分的详细结构。
图3和图4显示两种变型的圆盘阀门,对应于图2中的结构;
图5显示带有圆盘密封件的圆盘阀门,对应于图2中的结构。
如图1所示,圆盘式的压力阀门10布置在压缩机的壳体1内(图中只示出一小部分)。该圆盘阀门由一个圆盘式的阀门座11,一个圆盘式的密封件12,一个缓冲盘13和一个圆盘形的减震器14组成。阀门座11用其边缘靠在壳体1的突肩15上并用一个间隔件(图中未示)限制在这个壳体内,此种结构可将阀座压靠在突肩15上。穿过缓冲盘13和减震器14的螺栓16与阀门10的对称轴7同轴螺接在阀门座11上。零件13和14用螺帽17固定在阀门座1上。在阀门座和缓冲盘13之间有一间隙以安放可活动的圆盘12。在阀门座11和缓冲盘13之间有一个围绕着螺栓16的垫圈18。该垫圈18将缓冲盘压靠着减震器14。
在阀门座11的两个不同的半径上开有一些孔19。这些孔在阀门座的圆周方向延伸,并且这些通道在某些点上被径向腹板所隔开。在密封件12上设有通孔20,其位置位于孔19之间且平行于孔19。对应于两个孔19在减震器14上设有偏心于轴7的两个孔21,这两个孔也按圆周方向延伸并且其通道在某些点上被径向腹板所隔开。在缓冲盘13上有与孔21同心的对应孔22。这些孔19、20、21和22供压缩机内的压缩气体通过。在图1中压缩气体位于阀门座11的下面并通过圆盘12从阀门座上升起流入压力管道(图中未示出)。
由于可动圆盘12的内孔径大于垫圈18的外径,因此当圆盘12离开阀门座11后,在圆盘12和垫圈18之间仍有足够的截面可供气流通过。可动圆盘12通过几个螺旋弹簧2被压靠在阀门座11上。这些弹簧被布置在圆盘的圆周上,其中的两个弹簧相互挨着排列在径向方向上,如图1所示。这些弹簧2还作为圆盘12的导向件。为此,每个螺旋弹簧2的顶端被固定在减震器14的钻孔3内,如图2所示。从该图中还可看到钻孔3的顶部孔径正好等于弹簧2的外径,从而当将弹簧压入该孔顶时能被卡紧,钻孔其余部分的孔径则稍大,因此弹簧的其它部分和钻孔3的孔壁不接触。而弹簧2的下端则套在球状突出部6上,如图2所示。金属圆盘12上的突出部是经冲压成形的并作为弹簧2的导向件,因此弹簧在这端不能有横向移动。由于钻孔3和圆盘12的上述结构设计特点,当压缩机工作时能使可动圆盘获得较好的引导,而与该阀安装在压缩机上的位置无关。与图1和图2中所示的情况不同,也可将其轴7位于水平位置安装。
在图3所示的实施例中,圆盘式阀门10具有与图1所示的相同结构,但圆盘12的材料不是金属而是塑料。在这种情况下,圆台形突出部5是在圆盘12的模制或注塑中成形的。该突出部5的尺寸被选择以使图3中所示的弹簧2的下端能紧紧地套住该突出部5,从而在圆盘12和弹簧下端之间不能产生相对移动。当圆盘12由塑料制成时,可省去缓冲盘。
在图4所示的实施例中,圆盘12也是塑料制成的,但它不用圆台式的突出部而改用在圆盘12的顶面上设一个截头圆锥式的凹横4,图4中弹簧2的下端就嵌入在该凹槽中。因此,凹槽4就成为弹簧端因而也是圆盘12的导向件。
在图5所示的实施例中,使用便于气流通过的具有五角形截面,由塑料制成的环形件8来代替圆盘作为密封件。环形件8的两个斜切面相交成钝角并和相应的阀门座11′上的斜面相配合,从而形成密封面9。如图5所示,环形件8的上侧有一个凹槽4,用于容纳螺旋弹簧2的下端,其作用与图4中所示的一样。在整个阀中可以与轴7同心地设置几个环形件8。
本发明的这些实施例也可用在压缩机的进气接口上。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于活塞式压缩机的圆盘阀门,它包括:一个安装在压缩机壳体内的阀门座,一个与阀门座隔开一间距安装的减震器,至少一个能在上述阀门座和减震器之间活动的圆盘密封件和至少三个在关闭方向上能将密封件朝着阀门座移动的螺旋弹簧,这些弹簧设置,在减震器和密封件之间并分布在它的圆周上,其特征在于:每一个弹簧的一端被固定在减震器内,而且在每一个弹簧的另一端区域,密封件上设有用于各个弹簧端部的导引装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的阀门,其特征在于:所述的密封件是一种金属制的圆盘,导引装置是在圆盘上冲压制出的球状突出部,每一个突出部都伸入一个弹簧的端部。
3.如权利要求1所述的阀门,其特征在于:所述的密封件由塑料制成,而导引装置是其上制成的圆台形突出部,每一突出部都伸入一个弹簧的端部。
4.如权利要求1所述的阀门,其特征在于:所述的密封件由塑料制成,而导引装置是其上制成的凹槽,螺旋弹簧的一端容纳在该凹槽内。
5.如权利要求1所述的阀门,其特征在于:所述的密封件采用利于气流通过的环形件形式,而导引装置为一个凹槽,螺旋弹簧的一端容纳在该凹槽内。
