Description
Wäßrige Detergensgemi sehe See aqueous detergent mixture
Gebiet der Erfindung Field of the Invention
The invention relates to aqueous detergent mixtures containing alkyl and / or alkenyl oligoglycoside isethionates and other surfactants, surface-active agents which contain these mixtures and the use of the mixtures for the preparation of the surface-active agents.
Stand der Technik State of the art
Alkyl oligoglycosides and especially alkyl oligoglucosides are non-ionic surfactants, which are becoming increasingly important due to their natural raw material base - fatty alcohol and sugar - and are used, for example, in manual detergents or cosmetic products [cf. Tens. Surf.Det. 28, 413 (1991)]. With regard to the excellent application properties of the glycosides, there is also a need for anionic surfactants with a related structure that can be used advantageously in conjunction with other classic surfactants in surface-active agents and whose performance synergistically exceeds that of the individual substances. The object of the invention was therefore to develop synergistic detergent mixtures based on anionically modified alkyl and / or alkenyl oligoglycosides with further improved properties.
Beschreibung der Erfindung Description of the invention
The invention relates to aqueous detergent mixtures comprising a) alkyl and / or alkenyl oligoglycoside isethionates and b) further anionic, nonionic, cationic and / or ampholytic or zwitterionic surfactants.
Alkyl- und/oder Alkenyloligoglvkosidisethionate Surprisingly, it was found that the detergent mixtures according to the invention have a washing, rinsing, foaming and cleaning ability and a skin-cosmetic tolerance which exceeds that of the individual substances in the sense of a synergistic reinforcement. As a result of their pronounced foaming capacity even in hard water and their exceptional skin-cosmetic compatibility, the mixtures are particularly suitable for use in the cosmetics sector. Mixtures of alkyl oligoglucoside isethionates and the corresponding alkyl oligoglucosides, as well as fatty acid N-methylglucamides and vegetable protein hydrolysates or fatty acid condensates (for example based on soy protein) have proven to be particularly skin-friendly. R 1 O- [G [ p (ii) in which R 1 , G and p have the meanings given above, which are reacted in the presence of basic compounds at elevated temperature with salts of vinylsulfonic acid.

Biogenic active substances are understood to mean, for example, plant extracts, protein hydrolyzates and vitamin complexes. Common film formers are, for example, polyvinylpyrrolidone, vinylpyrrolidone-vinyl acetate copolymers, polymers of the acrylic acid series, quaternary cellulose derivatives and similar compounds. Suitable preservatives are, for example, formaldehyde solution, p-hydroxybenzoate or sorbic acid. Suitable pearlizing agents are, for example, glycol distearic acid esters such as ethylene glycol distearate, but also fatty acid monoglycol esters. The dyes which can be used are those substances which are suitable and approved for cosmetic purposes, as compiled, for example, in the publication "Cosmetic Dyes" by the Dye Commission of the German Research Foundation, published by Verlag Chemie, Weinheim, 1984. These dyes are usually used in concentrations of 0.001 to 0.1% by weight, based on the mixture as a whole.

A) Assessment of foaming power (SV). The foam capacity was assessed in accordance with DIN 53 902, Part 1, using the Götte whipped foam method. 1% by weight surfactant solutions in water of 16 ° hardness were used; the temperature was 20 ° C. The results of the foam tests are summarized in Table 1; the base foam volume is given in ml.
B) Assessment of network assets (NV). The assessment of the network capacity was carried out in accordance with DIN 53 901 using the dip network method. 1% by weight surfactant solutions in water of 16 ° hardness were used; the temperature was 20 ° C. The results of the network tests are summarized in Tab. 1; the network time is specified in s.
C) Assessment of dishwashing capacity (TSV). The determination of the dishwashing capacity was carried out with the aid of the dish test [Fette, Seifen, Anstrichmitt., 74, 163 (1972)]. For this purpose plates with a diameter of 14 cm were soiled with 2 ml beef tallow (acid number 9-10) and stored for 24 hours at room temperature. The plates were then rinsed at 50 ° C. with 5 liters of tap water with a hardness of 16 ° d. The test mixture was used at a dosage of 0.15 g active substance / l. The rinsing attempt was stopped as soon as the foam on the surface had completely disappeared. The results of the rinsing tests are summarized in Table 1; the number of dishes washed is indicated. D) Assessment of washability (WV). The investigation of the washing ability was carried out in a launderometer on a dust-skin fat soiling on polyester-cotton (finished) fabric at 40 ° C. The lightening of the washed tissue was assessed by photometric reflectance measurement using an Elrepho RFC3 / 24 device against a barium sulfate standard, the reflectance of which was set at 100%. The information is given in% remission (% -R).
