Abstract

La patte (5) comporte une languette de préhension (5b) dépassant librement, les autres parties de la patte étant définies par des découpes continues et par des lignes prédéfinies destinées à la rupture (5i) qui s'étendent de manière à former sur la patte (5) au moins une encoche (5c) latérale et une partie saillante (5f) correspondante sur la couche externe (1d) de l'emballage. La patte (5) comprend au moins une rainure (5a) qui s'étend perpendiculairement à son axe longitudinal. Après avoir effectuer l'ouverture par déchirement de la patte (5), il est possible de remettre ladite patte en position de fermeture, de manière fiable, à l'aide de(s) partie(s) en saillie (5f) derrière laquelle (lesquelles) la patte est insérée et qui se trouve(nt) déplacée(s) (5b) par la déformation (3b) subie par les parois de l'emballage.
