Definitions
- the present invention relates to a cartridge type filter incorporated in a dry cleaning machine, which has become dirty after use of a quick-gun and cannot be used as it is, resulting in a need for replacement.
- This filter is a cylindrical filter in which an adsorbent such as activated carbon is loaded in a space around a core pipe and the outer peripheral surface is covered with a water-permeable sheet such as Japanese paper (non-woven cloth). It is made of a cartridge type that can be easily taken out. It has to be replaced due to clogging.
- the in-house waste filter allows insoluble dust from the laundry. At the same time as the above accumulation, the solvent is impregnated and remains, and the weight of the unused filter (in the case of washing S 3 O kg) is usually about 15 kfl. On the other hand, the waste filter after use reaches about 45 Kfl, and the waste filter is filled with 30 k3 of insoluble dust and solvent. ,
- the present invention has further conducted research on development. As a result, a waste filter purifying device of a dry cleaning machine having another structure capable of achieving the same object is obtained. Has been successfully realized.
- the waste filter purifying apparatus a of the dry cleaning machine according to the present invention has the following configuration.
- the core pipes communicate with each other and are tightly closed and accommodated in the pressure tank so as to be in series.
- Ripening heater At the same time, a forced fan spot, a cooling spot for the agent recovery, and a ripening spot located further down in the circuit connecting the ripening inlet and the ripening outlet containing solvent.
- the residual solvent is vaporized and collected from the waste filter to purify the waste filter.
- the di-into packing is to connect the waste filter in series with the core pipe ⁇ ⁇ opposite to the expanded filter, and the joint packing is in the pressure tank at the solvent-containing mature air outlet ⁇ and to the opposite.
- the joint packing between the waste filter and the core pipe is opposite to that, that is, the joint between the inside of the seal of the pressure tank and the core pipe of the waste filter which is opposed to the joint.
- it is made of a material that is resistant to solvents and is made of a material that has a sealing function that prevents leakage of ripening air from the core pipe.
- a well-known cooling structure or heating mechanism may be used for the forced circulation fan, cooling spot and heating spot in the circuit, and vaporization is performed from the ripening wind containing the solvent sent from the pressure tank.
- the solvent in the state thus obtained is efficiently liquefied and recovered, and in the process immediately after that, an air stream cooled to release the solvent is heated to a predetermined temperature;
- the re-ripening heater is used to remove the solvent while the hot air is flowing in the tank and clean it in about 5 seconds, so that the temperature does not decrease.
- This is a heating device S used for the air conditioner, and it can be automatically operated by incorporating a part S degree sensor (not shown) etc.
- the pressure in the pressure tank increases as the pressure increases. Get better Therefore, a pressure gauge (not shown) is incorporated in the ripening inlet to ensure the best internal pressure by properly operating a valve (not shown).
- Fig. 1 is a simplified schematic diagram showing a typical example of the present invention. To facilitate understanding of the drawings, the symbols are described in advance.
- Inlet packing 2 has a structure in which a gunpipe that can be inserted into each part of the core pipe 11 and an elastic layer such as silicone rubber are in contact with and integrated on one side of a flange that protrudes from the center of the core pipe.
- the joint bagging 3 consists of a pressure tank 5 as described above.
- Solvent-containing mature air outlet 5 2 The inlet to the core pipe 11 and the waste filter 1 facing it are interposed between the core pipe 11 and the surface of the core pipe. It consists of a connecting pipe, a flange, and a flexible plate laminated on its surface,
- connection pipe is protruded on one side of the flange, the longer side is in the center of the opposite side, and the flexible plate is integrated around the connection pipe. * By closing this seal 3 ⁇ 4 56 so that this elastic ⁇ ⁇ abuts the center of the seal ⁇ 56, the waste filter is placed in the pressure tank 5.
- the pressure tank 54 in which the waste filters 1, 1, 1 are accommodated in series is passed through a heating spot 55 by opening a valve (omitted in the figure) provided in an appropriate circuit. And heat it up to the specified mixture. Heat JS from the circulating pipe 7 is sent along the outer surface of the waste filter — 1, 1, 1 joined in series.
- the reheating heater 6 is operated in a suitable manner, so that the heat filter is maintained at a predetermined degree and the waste filter is maintained as shown by the arrow in the figure.
- the waste filter purifying apparatus g of the cleaning machine according to the present invention having the above-described configuration accommodates waste filters—1, 1, ′ ′′... in series, and passes through the joint passaging 2 and 3, 4.
- the harmful solvent from inside of the adhesive material recovered in this way is not mixed with insoluble dust from the waste filters 1, 1, 1, ....
- the filter itself, which removes air, does not require S ⁇ .
