Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung von leichten Betonzuschlagsstoffen aus geschäumten Kunststoffen oder solchen aus zerkleinerten Schaumstoffverpackungen gewonnenen Partikel. Um solche Zuschlagstoffe leicht bei der Herstellung eines Betones verwenden zu können, ist vorgesehen, daß die Partikel aus geschäumtem Kunststoff in einem Mischtrog eines Zwangsmischers mit Wasser oder einem die Abbindung von zementbeschleunigendem Mittel, wie Wasserglas, benetzt werden und vorzugsweise im gleichen Mischzyklus anschließend mit soviel Zementpulver versetzt werden, daß die gesamte Menge der Benetzungsflüssigkeit mit Zementpulver gebunden wird und daß diese Mischung sofort nach Verlassen des Mischers bzw. nach Beenden des Mischvorganges in die Endverpackung abgefüllt wird.
