Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé pour la fabrication d'un sac ou sachet comportant un fond rectangulaire a l'état rempli et une partie servant de poignée, ainsi qu'à des sacs ou sachets fabriqués selon ce procédé. Pour résoudre la tâche consistant à simplifier des procédés déjà connus, deux lignes de pliage prérainurées parallèlement (64, 66) et perpendiculaires aux arêtes latérales sont formées à une extrémité d'une pièce tubulaire comportant des soufflets (62). Ensuite, le fond est tiré vers le haut formant des arêtes de coin (68). Une feuille de couverture de fond rectangulaire (70), sur laquelle sont collés une feuille pliée en U et des renforcements (74, 76), est collée dessus. Après application de la colle conférant une stabilité dimensionnelle (80), la moitié inférieure du fond est repliée vers le haut sur la moitié supérieure du fond, en suivant la ligne de pliage intérieure. Finalement, le trou de poignée est découpé au-dessous et dans la région du renforcement.
