Abstract

Le système de commande d'avancement et de freinage adaptif à pression linéaire variable (10) comprend une soupape de commande (70) pourvue d'un élément d'actionnement linéaire (72) et d'une soupape (74). L'élément d'actionnement linéaire (72) peut être actionné de manière à déplacer axialement un élément de soupape (82) de la soupape (74) et qui comporte un premier siège de soupape (85) servant à réguler l'écoulement de fluide dans un passage longitudinal (84) de l'élément de soupape (82). Le premier siège de soupape (85) s'engage avec une soupape sphérique (101) placée dans un orifice interne (97) d'un piston coulissant (90), la soupape sphérique (101) étant sollicitée par un mécanisme élastique. La soupape sphérique (101) s'engage aussi avec un siège de tiroir à piston (96) situé dans un orifice terminal (94) du piston (90). Le piston (90) est entouré par un joint (92) et coulisse à l'intérieur d'un alésage (76) de la soupape (74). Un mécanisme à ressort (100), situé dans l'alésage (76), sollicite le piston (90) vers une extrémité (77) de l'alésage (76), qui comporte un passage (39) communiquant avec une pompe (50). Une partie intermédiaire (78) de l'alésage communique avec un passage (45) qui relie l'alésage (76) avec un frein de roue (20) par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme de soupape électrique (40). Une autre extrémité (79) de l'alésage comprend un passage (55) qui permet au passage longitudinal (84) de l'élément de soupape (82) de communiquer avec un carter inférieur (58) qui communique avec la pompe (50). Un maître-cylindre de véhicule (30) communique avec le frein de roue (20) par l'intermédiaire du mécanisme électrique (40). La soupape de commande (70) peut être utilisée pour permettre le fonctionnement du système de freinage adaptif et celui de la commande d'avancement à la fois.
