Abstract

On a isolé, cloné et mis en séquence un gène codant un facteur de croissance dérivé de leucocytes (FCDL). On croit que le FCDL correspond à un facteur de croissance dérivé de monocytes analogues au facteur de croissance dérivé de plaquettes, présentant une activité chimiotactique rencontrée dans des liquides présents dans les plaies chez l'homme. Des analogues de FCDL résistant à la prothéase et autres, ainsi qu'un FCDL recombiné de séquence d'acides aminés native, peuventant être produits par expression génétique dans des hôtes transformés.
