Abstract

On décrit une famille de produits structurée de modèles de moteurs électriques utilisant un nombre maximisé de parties constitutives communes dans un nombre maximum d'applications différentes, ainsi que des procédés d'assemblage de divers sous-composants de moteurs. Le moteur (20) comprend: une structure (22) dans laquelle est assemblé de manière adhésive et fonctionnelle un moyen (60) de support à alignement libre, ainsi qu'au moins deux moyens (24) à aimants permanents également connectés de manière adhésive à ladite structure; un induit (26) comprenant un arbre (32) approximativement uniforme, dont le noyau (28) comprend une pluralité de disques en tôle (30) optimisés par ordinateur, chauffés de manière inductive avant l'assemblage sur l'arbre, de sorte que lesdit disques en tôle (30) soumettent l'arbre à une contrainte minimum. Une bride (64) de montage est reliée de manière adhésive à la structure (22). On décrit également des procédés d'assemblage de divers sous-composants tels que le commutateur (38) à l'arbre (32), les aimants (24) à la structure (22) et le moyen (60) de support à alignement libre dans ladite structure (22), ainsi que des prises (218) à blindage terminal.
