Abstract

Ledit procédé comprend la réaction de l'urée avec du formaldéhyde dans un rapport molaire urée/formaldéhyde compris entre 1 : 0.4 et 1: 2.5 à une température entre 15 et 100 °C et à un pH entre environ 0.5 et 3.0, de préférence entre 0.8 et 2.0. Des particules précipitées de résine d'urée qui sont insolubles dans le mélange de réaction sont ensuite réalisées sous forme de boue.
