Abstract

Un système modulaire pour fusils de chasse comprend des canons (13) de divers calibres susceptibles d'être fixés à une tige qui forme une unité de base au moyen de rails de fixation (19) agencés sur le canon et d'une languette de fixation (11) correspondante agencée sur la tige. La tige peut constituer un fusil à répétition plus ou moins long ou un fusil coup par coup, de sorte que l'on peut composer à volonté différentes combinaisons de calibres et de types de fusils. Le canon est pourvu à son extrémité d'une douille de verrouillage avec des boutons de verrouillage qui coopèrent avec une tête de verrouillage (47) échangeable pourvue de boutons correspondants de verrouillage. Un système de guidage longitudinal du verrou peut être agencé sous le canon à l'extérieur de la zone de verrouillage, notamment entre le rail de fixation (19) et la languette de fixation (11), ce qui permet d'obtenir un fusil plus court. La longueur du fusil est encore plus réduite grâce à un cran (53) de la douille de verrouillage (17) orienté vers le bas qui laisse passer la pointe de la balle d'une cartouche.
