Abstract

Un procédé permet de former progressivement un tuyau en plastique qui comprend une feuille interne de séparation, un revêtement intérieur, une couche intermédiaire riche en résine avec une doublure en non-tissé, plusieurs couches de renforcement alternativement axiales et tangentielles en cordons de fibres enrobés de résine synthétique, un revêtement extérieur et une feuille externe de séparation, qui forment des couches successives de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur. L'installation (10) de mise en ÷uvre du procédé comprend les stations de travail requises agencées sur un châssis commun (16), sur lequel est fixé au moyen d'un dispositif de retenue (21) au moins un mandrin allongé (22). Le long du mandrin sont agencés un dispositif d'amenée et de façonnage (23, 26, 27) de la feuille tubulaire de séparation (25); un dispositif d'amenée (33) de la résine synthétique dont se compose le revêtement intérieur; un dispositif de chauffage (43) pour durcir le revêtement intérieur; un dispositif d'amenée (48) du non-tissé (51) dont se compose la couche intermédiaire; plusieurs dispositifs d'amenée (55) des couches en résine synthétique entre lesquels sont alternativement agencés des dispositifs d'amenée axiale et tangentielle (15, 63) des cordons de fibres qui forment les couches de renforcement correspondantes, ainsi que des racles annulaires (41, 61) d'élimination des excédent de résine synthétique et de consolidation notamment des couches à doublure fibreuse; un dispositif d'amenée de résine synthétique pour le revêtement extérieur; un dispositif d'amenée et de façonnage de la feuille extérieure de séparation; une station de chauffage qui provoque le durcissement des différentes couches en résine synthétique, suivie d'une section de durcissement; un dispositif de traction à transporteur à chaîne pour faire avancer le tuyau en plastique; un dispositif mobile de sectionnement, qui sectionne le tuyau sans fin en plastique en des longueurs usuelles dans le commerce, et finalement un dépôt de tuyaux.
