Abstract

Un procédé pour fabriquer des granulés coulants d'une masse volumique apparente comprise entre 650 et 100 g/l, renfermant des tensio-actifs non ioniques de la classe des dérivés d'éther de polyglycol ainsi que des solides sous forme de fines particules, hydrosolubles et/ou non hydrosolubles et de l'eau, comporte une première étape de mélange (A) dans laquelle le tensio-actif non ionique est mélangé avec de l'eau, laquelle peut éventuellement contenir une fraction inférieure à 50 % en poids de la quantité totale des solides hydrosolubles ou non hydrosolubles, sous forme dissoute ou dispersée, pour former une phase gélifiée visqueuse. Dans une deuxième étape de mélange (B), la fraction principale restante des solides hydrosolubles ou non hydrosolubles est ajoutée sous forme pulvérulente solide et le mélange est traité jusqu'à obtention de granulés d'une masse volumique apparente maximale. Le rapport en poids du tensio-actif non ionique et de l'eau dans la phase gélifiée par rapport à la quantité totale du solide (calculée sous forme de substance anhydre) se situe entre 25:75 et 65:35. Les zéolites et les bentonites sont particulièrement indiqués comme solides non hydrosolubles.
