Abstract

Lesdits freins à disque actionnés électriquement (10, 210) peuvent comprendre un mécanisme à vis et à écrou de grande efficacité (60) et/ou un mécanisme d'embrayage unidirectionnel (230). Le mécanisme à vis et à écrou de grande efficacité (60) comporte une vis (86) dont le filet de vis (89) a un pas prédéterminé, et au moins un écrou (77, 97) disposé autour de la vis (86) et ayant une ouverture intérieure (78, 98) avec un filet d'écrou (79, 99) à l'intérieur. Le pas du filet d'écrou (79, 99) est semblable au pas du filet de vis (89) et le diamètre du pas du filet d'écrou (79, 99) est supérieur au diamètre du pas du filet de vis (89). La vis (86) est entraînée par le moteur électrique (40) du frein à disque (10, 210).
