この発明は, あらゆる水生生物の大量飼育を可能にするものであ る . 水中に空気, 酸素, 窒素, 各種の気体を任意の位置に留置し, その気体の質量を制御することが容易に出来ることから, 好気的生 物から嫌気的生物, 更に化学合成細菌の大量飼育に適する . よって 魚介類の養殖, 動植物細胞の培養, バイオテクノロジーの中核であ る微生物の大量培養に閧与する . 背景技辦
従来の養殖は, 多くの魚を養殖する為に, 平たい池で水車やエア レーターで強力に通気させて酸素を水に溶かすことに依っている - 深い池でより多くの魚を入れようとしても, 酸欠の問題で養殖の生 産性を上げることはできない. 規模の拡大は池の面積の増大を余儀 なしとした. 更に, エサの残查ゃ排泄物の除まが平面的な池では, 物理的に無理があり, 池自体の劣化が起こる .
従来の大量細胞培養や微生物の大量培養では, 培養液への酸素供 給の為にタンク内にある大きい回転翼が力強く回っており, 細胞や 微生物に物理的破壊がある . 発明の開示
本発明は 『たらい』 のような容器を逆に, 飼育水の中に水平に固 定し空気等の気体を留置させることにより, 気相の直下を通常の水 面下と同様に酸素十分の状態とし, 各種の水生生物を飼育するもの である . 第 1図は本発明による飼育法の概念を現わしたもので, そ の断面図である . そこでは, A, B, Cは夫々, 気相, 容器の底, 隔壁を現わす. 次に, 水生生物は呼吸して, 酸素を消費し炭酸ガスを排出するこ とから, 多数の容器に留置した気体は合理的に管理される必要があ る . この為に, 容器を貫く中空の筒が考案された. 第 2図は本発明 による具体例の断面図である . そこでは, タンク 2の中に多数の容 器 1を支持柱で固定する . 容器 1の群の最下段の下から空気供耠バ ィプ 5を経由して送気すると, その段の容器め筒 6の高さだけの空 間 4に気体が留置され, それ-以上に送気された場合, その筒が作る 通気孔 7を通じて上方に行き再び容器に留置される . この時, 筒の 高さは当然容器の壁の高さより短いものでなければならない. 第 1 及び 2図のように, 多数の容器を水中に逆さに固定すると, 結果的 には, 設置した容器の隔壁の上は水生生物の飼育場となり, 隔壁の 下は気体を留置する構造で, 無数の気相と無数の飼育場が 1つの池 に立体的に設置できることになる . 第 3図は逆さにした容器の底 B の上に砂や小石 8を置いた養殖の具体例の断面図である · このよう にして, 自然の水面下と同じような雰囲気環境が水中に無数に実現 する.
尚, 実施にあたって, 注意することを以下列記する . 気相間, 即 ち, 容器と容器との距離は水生生物の大きさに徒って決定される - 容器の形は問わない. 1つの容器の筒の数に制限はないが, 一番短 い筒から気体が上昇することに留意する . 水面下の水流が強い程気 体が水により溶けるので, 飼育水の水の灌流は水中の人工水面下の 水流として意味がある . 汚物の除去は, 池が立体的であるので, 水 中で自然落下が期待できる . 産業上の利用可能性
以上のように, あらゆる水生生物の飼育における酸素供給の問題 を構造的に解決したので, コスト安の酸素供給で立体的に大量生産 するのに適している .

. 空気等の気体を飼育水中に幾重にも留置させ, 夫々の気相の直 下にて水生生物の高密度飼育を行う -. その気体を留置する為に水中に固定する容器 ( 『たらい』 を逆 さにしたもの) は, 中空の筒を持ち, その高さで気体の量を制御 し, 容器群に下から連続的に通気できる特長を持つ請求の範囲第 1項記載の飼育法. -
