  • the data input to the processor 5 are individualised for each animal and may, for example, include the total quantity of feed per twenty-four hours, the number of feedings per twenty-four hours, the quantities and measurements of feed or feeds for each feeding, the minimum time interval between one feeding and another, the possible apportionment of the various types of feed, etc.
  • the processor 5 is connected to a series of sensors 9 associated with the positions 4 of the animals to be fed, for providing, when activated, the information that the animal requires food.

  • the monitor 7 enables both the messages sent by the processor 5 to the user and the instructions which the user gives to the processor 5 to be displayed, whilst any printer 8 enables the organisation of the system to be facilitated by a written daily record of the behaviour of the feed distribution system.

Abstract

Le système décrit comprend au moins un dispositif chargeur-doseur de fourrage (2) et au moins un chariot d'alimentation (1) mobile entre un poste permettant le chargement du fourrage par le dispositif chargeur-doseur (2) et une pluralité de postes de déchargement de fourrage (4) correspondant aux positions des animaux à nourrir. Des moyens de commande électroniques programmables (5) entraînent automatiquement, en fonction des instructions précisant les besoins réels de chacun des animaux à nourrir et en fonction du mode d'organisation de l'élevage, le chargement du fourrage depuis le dispositif chargeur-doseur (2) jusqu'au chariot de distribution (1) lorsque ce dernier se trouve au poste de chargement, le déplacement du chariot de distribution (1) entre le poste de chargement et le poste de déchargement (4) correspondant à l'animal à nourrir, le déchargement du fourrage par le chariot de distribution (1), et le retour de ce dernier au poste de chargement (2).
