Abstract

Séchoir malaxeur permettant de traiter mécaniquement et thermiquement, surtout en continu, une plus grande quantité de produits liquides à coulants ainsi que visqueux, pâteux et collants dans l'industrie chimique et d'autres industries. Grâce à la coopération des segments de disques (5) à dépouilles disposés sur l'arbre d'agitation (4), aux lames (6) fixées d'un côté sur lesdits segments, ainsi que grâce aux broyeurs de croûte (7 et 8) et aux crochets racleurs (2) et aux racloirs malaxeurs (3) fixés dans le logement (1), on empêche les blocages, pontages et formations toroïdales. On y parvient grâce à cette conception d'un type nouveau, aux couteaux tranchants, aux faibles sections transversales des surfaces d'attaques des organes malaxeurs et racleurs et grâce à l'utilisation facultative de broyeurs de croûte, lesquels entretiennent l'action des organes racleurs. Un nettoyage réciproque des surfaces d'échange thermique ainsi qu'un broyage et un malaxage intensifs de la matière se durcissant permettent d'accroître le débit évaporatif et garantissent un transport en continu de la matière.
