Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif à mélanger et à pétrir pour le traitement mécanique, chimique et/ou thermique de matériaux pouvant présenter une consistance fluide, pâteuse, granulaire ou pulvérulente, comprenant un boîtier cylindrique (1), un arbre de pétrissage (2) monté et pouvant être entraîné en rotation dans ledit boîtier, et des éléments discoïdaux (8) qui sont implantés rigidement sur l'arbre de pétrissage, avec espacements axiaux, sont dirigés transversalement par rapport à l'axe de l'arbre de pétrissage, et portent des barrettes racleuses (10) agencées pour l'essentiel transversalement par rapport au plan des disques et opposées, avec faible espacement, à la paroi interne du boîtier, un compartiment torique, formé entre deux éléments discoïdaux respectifs, étant délimité par ces derniers, par la paroi interne du boîtier et par l'arbre de pétrissage, le dispositif présentant des éléments complémentaires fixes respectivement intercalés entre les éléments discoïdaux, et dont chacun comporte un bras mélangeur (12, 12' ; 22, 22') fixé à la paroi du boîtier et s'engageant dans le compartiment torique, ainsi qu'un racleur (13, 13', 23, 23') configuré en L, supporté par ledit bras et affecté à l'arbre de pétrissage (2) et aux éléments discoïdaux (8),
    caractérisé par le fait que le bras mélangeur (12, 12' ; 22, 22') s'étend approximativement dans le sens diagonal à travers le compartiment torique, et passe alors au moins à proximité des centres axial et radial de la section transversale dudit compartiment torique ;
    et par le fait que le bras mélangeur (12, 12' ; 22, 22') possède une configuration de section transversale du type soc de charrue, avec une arête de coupe (16, 16') dirigée à l'opposé du sens de rotation de l'arbre de pétrissage (2), et une surface déflectrice (17, 17'), qui est attenante à ladite arête et est agencée avec inclinaison par rapport au sens périphérique concentrique à l'axe de l'arbre de pétrissage, en vue d'exercer, sur le produit situé au centre du compartiment torique, un effet de convoyage dirigé axialement et/ou radialement.
  2. Dispositif à mélanger et à pétrir, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le bras mélangeur (12, 12' ; 14) subdivise la section transversale du compartiment torique en une chambre extérieure de production P₁, P1' affectée à la paroi du boîtier, et en une chambre intérieure de production P₂, P2' affectée à l'arbre de pétrissage (2), l'effet de convoyage, exercé par la surface déflectrice (17, 17'), étant dirigé axialement et radialement par rapport à la chambre intérieure ou extérieure de production.
  3. Dispositif à mélanger et à pétrir, selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'arête de coupe (16, 16') et la surface déflectrice (17, 17') du profil de section transversale sont déjetées le long de l'étendue du bras mélangeur (12, 12' ; 14).
  4. Dispositif à mélanger et à pétrir, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que, dans le cas de l'implantation de plusieurs bras mélangeurs (12, 12' ; 14) s'engageant dans un compartiment torique, la direction diagonale de ces derniers alterne spéculairement par rapport à un axe radial (R-R).
  5. Dispositif à mélanger et à pétrir, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que les surfaces déflectrices (17, 17') de deux bras mélangeurs (12, 12' ; 14) respectivement successifs sont configurées de telle sorte que les deux surfaces déflectrices (17, 17') provoquent une déviation du flux de produit dans la même direction axiale (A₁, A₂), et dans des directions radiales (R₁, R₂) orientées à l'opposé.
  6. Dispositif à mélanger et à pétrir, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que des bras mélangeurs (12, 12', 14), respectivement fixés au boîtier (1) ou à l'arbre de pétrissage (2), présentent des surfaces déflectrices agencées dans des directions radiales orientées à l'opposé et dans une même direction axiale.
  7. Dispositif à mélanger et à pétrir, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que des arêtes d'écrasement ou de cisaillement (15, 15') d'un ou plusieurs bras mélangeurs (14), prévus en tant que bras mélangeurs additionnels et fixés à l'arbre de pétrissage (2), sont affectées aux bras mélangeurs (12, 12') fixés au boîtier (1), en vue de former un intervalle de cisaillement parallèle.
  8. Dispositif à mélanger et à pétrir, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'un racleur (13, 13'), configuré en L, est implanté sur le bras mélangeur (12, 12'), racleur dont l'une des branches est affectée à la surface d'un élément discoïdal (8), et l'autre branche est affectée à la surface de l'arbre de pétrissage (2).
  9. Dispositif à mélanger et à pétrir, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que les barrettes racleuses (10) fixées sur les éléments discoïdaux (8) portent, aux deux extrémités, des agitateurs (11) qui sont dirigés radialement vers l'intérieur dans la chambre de production P₁, P1' et sont affectés, en tant que racleurs, aux régions des bras mélangeurs (12, 12') qui sont orientées radialement.
