Procédé selon la revendication 8, les ouvertures de positionnement étant produites dans la structure porteuse et/ou dans l'élément de raccordement (2) lors de leur fabrication, en particulier étant produites séparément les unes des autres et, en particulier, celles-ci sont produites par découpage au laser en une passe opératoire, conjointement avec le découpage des composants portant les ouvertures, à partir de tôles.
  10. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, la liaison par la matière de la structure porteuse (3, 8) et de l'élément de raccordement (2) étant effectuée par soudage.
  11. Application du procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes pour l'application de surfaces fonctionnelles (4a, 4b) pour la fixation avec placement et/ou positionnement précis de deux unités de montage en palier et/ou d'entraínement d'arbres de malaxeur (5a, 5b) sur l'auge de mélange (8), pour un malaxeur à deux arbres (1 ).
  12. Agencement formé d'une structure porteuse (3, 8) et d'au moins un élément de raccordement (2) relié rigidement à la structure porteuse (3, 8), qui présente une ou plusieurs surfaces fonctionnelles (4a, 4b) afin d'obtenir une fixation en placement et/ou en positionnement précis d'une ou plusieurs unités de montage en palier et/ou d'entraínement (5a, 5b), sachant que la structure porteuse (3, 8) et l'élément de raccordement (2) pénètrent au moins partiellement l'un dans l'autre ou se traversent l'un l'autre et, dans la zone de la pénétration et du passage et/ou directement de façon limitrophe à la pénétration ou au passage, sont reliés ensemble au moins partiellement, par une liaison faisant appel à la matière.
  13. Agencement selon la revendication 12, la structure porteuse (3, 8) et l'élément de raccordement (2) étant fixés par des saillies (6) formées par celles-ci, qui entrent dans des ouvertures (7) formées par eux, pénètrent ou traversent au moins partiellement et en particulier où l'élément de raccordement (2) est fixé par soudage au moins partiel d'au moins une partie des saillies (6), chaque fois aux délimitations des ouvertures (7) recevant ces saillies (6) sur la structure porteuse (3, 8).
  14. Agencement selon la revendication 13, sachant qu'une partie ou la totalité des ouvertures (7) sont complètement encloses en direction périphérique, et, en particulier où chacune des ouvertures loge en elle, précisément, une saillie (6).
  15. Agencement selon l'une des revendications 13 à 14, où une partie ou la totalité des saillies (6), sur les côtés entrée des ouvertures (7), sont soudées aux délimitations des ouvertures (7).
  16. Agencement selon l'une des revendications 13 à 15, sachant qu'une partie ou la totalité des ouvertures (7) s'étendent à travers le composant respectif formant l'ouverture (7) et les extrémités libres (10) des saillies (6) disposées dans celles-ci sont situées à l'intérieur des ouvertures (7) et, en particulier, où les extrémités libres (10), depuis les côtés ouverts des ouvertures (7), sont soudées aux délimitations des ouvertures (7).
  17. Agencement selon l'une des revendications 13 à 16, où une partie ou la totalité des ouvertures (7) s'étendent à travers le composant respectif formant l'ouverture (7), et les saillies (6) disposées dans ces ouvertures traversent le composant respectif et sortent de celui-ci et, en particulier, où les saillies (6), sur le côté sortie des ouvertures (7), sont soudées à la délimitation de l'ouverture (7) respective.
  18. Agencement selon l'une des revendications 13 à 17, où une partie ou la totalité des ouvertures (7) sont formées par l'élément de raccordement (2).
  19. Agencement selon l'une des revendications 13 à 18, où la section transversale des saillies (6) entrant dans les ouvertures (7) est sensiblement rectangulaire et, en particulier, où la longueur d'arête supérieure de la section transversale correspond au maximum au multiple de la longueur d'arête plus petite.
  20. Agencement selon l'une des revendications 13 à 19, où une partie ou la totalité des saillies (6) sont formées par une ou plusieurs tôles (3) appartenant à la structure porteuse (3, 8), en particulier orientées sensiblement perpendiculairement à l'étendue en surface maximale de l'élément de raccordement (2).
  21. Agencement selon l'une des revendications 2 à 20, où la structure porteuse (3, 8) est une construction soudée, formée en particulièrement, complètement ou partiellement, de tôles.
  22. Agencement selon l'une des revendications 12 à 21, où l'élément de raccordement (22) est une plaque de fixation (2) formée de tôle, ou un pont de fixation (2), formé en particulier d'une tôle rabattue.
  23. Agencement selon l'une des revendications 12 à 22, où les surfaces fonctionnelles (4a, 4b) sont des surfaces ayant été soumises à un usinage produisant des copeaux et, en particulier, où en particulier l'élément de raccordement (2) pour chaque unité de montage en palier et/ou d'entraínement prévus sur celui-ci, présente une ouverture de centrage, délimitée radialement par une ou plusieurs surfaces fonctionnelles (4a, 4b), et une ou plusieurs surfaces fonctionnelles (4a, 4b) planes, disposées perpendiculairement à cette ouverture de centrage.
  24. Agencement selon l'une des revendications 12 à 23, où l'agencement comprend deux unités d'entraínement d'arbre (5a, 5b) synchronisées mécaniquement entre elles, disposées sur des surfaces fonctionnelles (4a, 4b) sur l'élément de raccordement (2).
  25. Auge de mélange pour un malaxeur à deux arbres, comprenant des surfaces fonctionnelles (4a, 4b) montées suivant le procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, pour la fixation d'unités de montage en palier et/ou d'entraínement d'arbres de malaxeur (5a, 5b) ou avec au moins un agencement selon l'une des revendications (12 à 24) avec des surfaces fonctionnelles (4a, 4b) pour la fixation d'unités de montage en palier et/ou d'entraínement d'arbres de malaxeur (5a, 5b).
  26. Malaxeur à deux arbres comprenant au moins un agencement selon l'une des revendications 12 à 24, ou avec une auge de mélange (8) selon la revendication 25.
  27. Malaxeur à deux arbres selon la revendication 6, avec deux transmissions planétaires (5a) pour l'entraínement et, en particulier également, pour le montage en palier des arbres de malaxeur (9).
