Abstract

Procédé et buse de projection en particulier pour le revêtement des surfaces de composants de fils dans un arc électrique, les particules en fusion étant acheminées par un gaz de dispersion, dans lequel le gaz est envoyé par une buse sur l'arc électrique et le cas échéant amené par écoulement latéral autour des buses d'alimentation du fil autour de l'extérieur d'un arc électrique sous forme par exemple de gaz enveloppant ou de protection. Une solution est ainsi offerte grâce à laquelle l'atmosphère ambiante du processus de projection peut être influencée, en particulier pour exercer une influence sur les plus petites particules présentes dans le jet de projection, un étranglement symétrique important du jet projeté étant possible. Le procédé permet d'obtenir ce résultat par le fait que des gaz ou mélanges de gaz différents sont utilisés pour le gaz de dispersion d'une part et par exemple le gaz enveloppant d'autre part. La buse de projection (1) est pourvue d'une buse d'alimentation du gaz de dispersion (7) dans la région des buses d'alimentation du fil (4) et d'un diaphragme annulaire à commande gazeuse (10, 11), approximativement dans le plan de formation de l'arc électrique (6), et est caractérisé par le fait que le diaphragme annulaire (10, 11) est équipé de sa propre alimentation de gaz (12).
