Description

Montageplatte für ein in der Höhe verstellbares Möbelscharnier
Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf eine Montageplatte für ein in der Höhe verstellbares Möbelscharnier, dessen Scharnierarm an der Montageplatte befestigt wird.
Es sind Möbelscharniere bekannt, durch die Türen mit einem Möbεlkor- pus drehbar verbunden werden und die mit einer Seiten-, einer Tiefen- und einer Höhenverstellung ausgerüstet sind. Die Höhenverstellung er¬ folgt parallel zur Drehachse und kann z.B. durch eine Stellschraube vorgenommen werden, die in einer Gewindebohrung der Montageplatte an¬ ordnet ist und sich im Bereich ihrer Enden, die mit Schlitzen zur Ein¬ führung eines Betätigungswerkzeuges ausgestattet sind, an den seitli- chen Wangen des Scharnierarms abstützt.
Der Neuerung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Montageplatte der ein¬ gangs genannten Art so zu gestalten, daß mit konstruktiv einfachen Mitteln eine Höhenverstellbarkeit des Teils der Montageplatte, an dem der Scharnierarm befestigt wird, gegeben ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Neuerung dadurch gelöst, daß die Montage¬ platte sich aus einem Oberteil und einer am Möbelkorpus festlegbaren Grundplatte zusammensetzt und daß die Grundplatte im mittleren Be¬ reich in eine quer zur Längsachse des Oberteils sich erstreckende Aus¬ sparung des Oberteils eingreift und darin verschiebbar und arretierbar gelagert ist. Bei einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Neuerung weist das Ober¬ teil der Montageplatte einen U-förmigen Querschnitt auf und das Ober¬ teil und die Grundplatte sind als Blechstanzteile ausgebildet. Die verdrehfeste Führung des Oberteils gegenüber der Grundplatte wird da¬ durch erreicht, daß die Seitenwangen des Oberteils mit Aussparun¬ gen versehen sind, in die die Grundplatte eingreift.
Weitere Merkmale der Neuerung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der folgenden Beschreibung von in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Aus- führungsbeispielen.
Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 ein an einer Tür und einem Möbelkorpus befestigtes Möbelschar- nier, dessen Scharnierarm an einer Montageplatte nach der Neuerung festgelegt ist,
Fig. 2 die in όer Fig. 1 aufgezeigte Montageplatte in perspektivi¬ scher Darstellung und in demontiertem Zustand und
Fig. 3 in schaubildlicher Darstellung eine Abwandlungsform zu der Montageplatte nach der Fig. 2.
Das in der Fig. 1 aufgezeigte Möbelscharnier ist mit seinem Gehäuse 1 an einer Möbeltür 2 durch Schrauben 3 festgelegt. An dem Gehäuse .ist ein Scharnierarm 4 angelenkt, der mittels einer Schraube 5 an einer Montageplatte 5 befestigt ist, die durch Schrauben 7 an dem Möbelkor¬ pus 8 festgelegt ist.
Durch Lösen der Befestigungsschraube 5 und durch Betätigen einer Ver- Stellschraube 9 kann an dem Möbelscharnier eine Seitenverstellung in Richtung der Pfeile 10 vorgenommen werden. Durch Lösen der Befestigungsschraube 5 kann eine Tiefenverstellung in der Längsachse des Scharnierarms 4 in Richtung der Pfeile 11 vor¬ genommen werden. Nach der Verstellbewegung muß die Befestigungs- schraube wieder angezogen werden. Die Höhenverstellung des Scharniers wird in Richtung der Pfeile 12 durchgeführt. Hierzu ist die Montage¬ platte 6 zweiteilig ausgebildet und besteht aus einem Oberteil 13 und einer Grundplatte 14, die mit Durchsteckbohrungen 15 für Befesti¬ gungsschrauben 7 ausgerüstet ist. Die Grundplatte 14 weist ferner eine Gewindebohrung 16 auf, in die der Gewindeschaft 17 einer Befesti¬ gungsschraube 18 eingeschraubt wird, um das Oberteil 13 gegenüber der Grundplatte 14 zu arretieren. Der Gewindeschaft 17 wird durch ein Langloch 19 in dem Oberteil 13 geführt, so daß das Oberteil bei ge¬ löster Schraube 18 quer zu seiner Längsachse 20 verstellbar ist.
Bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel nach der Fig. 2 ist die
Grundplatte-14 mit einer Anschlagplatte 21 versehen, die in die Innen- ka mer 22 des Oberteils eingreift und deren Stirnflächen 23 den Ver- stellweg des Oberteils gegenüber der Grundplatte 14 begrenzen. Die Breite der Anschlagplatte 21 ist somit um den maximalen Verstellhub kleiner als die Breite der Innenkammer 22 zwischen den Innenflächen der Seitenwangen 24 des Oberteils.
Die Seitenwangen des Oberteils sind mit rechteckförmigen Aussparungen 25 versehen und in diese Aussparungen greift die Grundplatte 14 ein. Die Höhe der Aussparungen 25 - entspricht der Dicke der Grundplatte 14. Dies ergibt sich auch aus der Fig. 3.
Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach der Fig. 3 ist jede Seitenwange 24 des Oberteils mit abgewinkelten Laschen 26 versehen, die zu beiden Seiten der Aussparungen 25 angeordnet sind.' Durch diese Laschen wird der Formschluß zwischen dem Oberteil 13 und der Grundplatte 14 inten- siviert.
Aus den Fig. 2 und 3 ergibt sich, daß sowohl die Grundplatte als auch das Oberteil als Blechstanzteile ausgebildet sein können. Nach der Festlegung des Oberteils 13 an der Grundplatte 14 durch An¬ ziehen der Befestigungsschraube 18 stützt sich der Kopf dieser Befe¬ stigungsschraube am Rand des Langloches 19 ab.
Das Oberteil ist mit einer Gewindebohrung 27 ausgerüstet, in der der Gewindeschaft der Befestigungsschraube 5 des Scharnierarms 4 festge¬ legt wird.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Montageplatte für ein in der Höhe verstellbares Möbelscharnier, dessen Scharnierarm an der Montageplatte befestigbar ist, g e k e n n z e i c h n e t durch ein Oberteil (13) und eine am Mö¬ belkorpus festlegbare Grundplatte (14) und daß die Grundplatte (14) im mittleren Bereich in eine quer zur Längsachse (20) des Oberteils sich erstreckende Aussparung (25) des Oberteils eingreift und darin verschiebbar und arretierbar gelagert ist.
2. Montageplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberteil (13) einen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist und das Oberteil und die Grundplatte (14) als Blechstanzteile ausgebildet sind.
3. Montageplatte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Seitenwangen (24) des Oberteils die Aussparungen (25) vorgesehen und rechteckförmig ausgebildet sind.

Montageplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß das Oberteil (13) ein den Verstellhub des Oberteils ge¬ genüber der Grundplatte (14) bestimmendes Langloch (19) aufweist, an dessen Rand sich der Kopf einer Befestigungsschraube (18) abstützt, die mit ihrem Gewindeschaft (17) in eine Gewindebohrung (16) der Grundplatte eingreift.
5. Montageplatte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundplatte (14) mit einer in der Innenkammer (22) des Oberteils (13) angeordneten Anschlagplatte (21) versehen ist, deren Stirnflächen (23) den Verstellweg des Oberteils gegenüber der Grundplatte begren¬ zen.
6. Montageplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeich- - -
net, daß jede Seitenwange (24) des Oberteils mit abgewinkelten La¬ schen (26) versehen ist, die zu beiden Seiten der Aussparungen (25) angeordnet sind.
