Abstract
On obtient une composition vitaminée complexe contenant à la fois des oligoéléments, des métaux tels que le fer, le zinc et le cuivre et éventuellement des antibiotiques sous forme injectable par voie parentérale, en dissolvant lesdits constituants dans du propylène-glycol. Les compositions vitaminées ont des applications thérapeutiques diverses et favorisent la fécondité ches les ruminants.
Description
COMPOSITION DE MINERAUX INJECTABLES A USAGE VETERINAIRE.
La présente invention concerne une composition vitaminée à usage vétérinaire contenant des minéraux et des oligoéléments en vue de corriger ou d'améliorer l'alimentation des ruminants.
L'invention s'étend également à l'application vétérinaire de telles compositions de minéraux injectables.
On constate souvent que des carences, dont l'origine est difficile à déceler sont la cause de déséquilibres, de troubles et de disfonctionnements observés généralement par les vétérinaires, en particulier pour les ruminants.
Pour remédier à certaines desdites carences, on connaît par le brevet britannique N° 1 003 942, une composition vitaminée se présentant sous forme injectable par voie parentérale, de préférence par voie intramusculaire. Cette composition contient à la fois de la vitamine E et du sélénium.
En fait, la vitamine E et le sélénium se présentent tous deux sous forme liquide. De plus, ils sont miscibles l'un à l'autre dans de larges proportions de sorte qu'il n'y avait aucune difficulté à présenter un mélange desdits constituants sous forme d'une composition injectable.
Les applications de cette composition connue sont nombreuses et comprennent le traitement des atrophies musculaires, des troubles digestifs, cardio-vasculaires, respiratoires, nerveux.
Le brevet britannique ne préconise cependant aucune solution pour administrer par voie parentérale d'autres minéraux que le sélénium. En particulier, il s'avère parfois indispensable d'administrer des métaux tels que le fer, le zinc et/ou le cuivre.
Jusqu'à ce Jour, ces métaux ne pouvaient être administrés que par voie digestive sous la forme de capsules .
Or, chez les ruminants, la conformation particulière de l'appareil digestif provoque une dégradation de la composition vitaminée, particulièrement en raison de la présence d'ammoniac dans la panse.
Cette composition vitaminée perd alors en grande partie ses propriétés curatives et on observe des résultats irréguliers et non reproductibles.
La présente invention vise à remédier aux inconvénients d'une administration par voie digestive et propose une composition vitaminée à usage vétérinaire contenant des minéraux et des oligoéléments en vue de corriger ou d'améliorer l'alimentation des ruminants.
Cette composition est essentiellement caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient également des métaux tels du fer, du zinc et/ou du cuivre dissous dans un solvant physiologiquement acceptable, sous une forme injectable. Outre des métaux, cette composition contient éventuellement des antibiotiques.
Suivant une particularité de l'invention, le solvant susdit est du propylène-glycol.
Les applications thérapeutiques sont les diarrhées des Jeunes animaux, la Jaunisse, la maladie de Carré, le rachitisme, les anémies, les maladies des muscles blancs qui provoquent des déformations, des perturbations au niveau du foie, notamment en cas de surcharge alimentaire ou lors de l'ingestion accidentelle de substances nocives, des développements anormaux du squelette, des muscles ou de la peau, des atteintes de la croissance, des perturbations de la fécondation à tous les stades et la maladie de Hyéna.
La composition vitaminée susdite présente avantageusèment un effet préventif pour éviter lesdites maladies et pour favoriser la fécondité ches les ruminants.
D'autres particularités et détails de l'invention apparaîtront au cours de la description détaillée suivante qui, à l'aide de deux tableaux, donne un exemple de composition vitaminée contenant également des métaux tels que le fer, le zinc et le cuivre.
L'invention consiste à avoir utilisé pour la mise en solution de métaux, un solvant qui n'a en fait été utilisé Jusqu'à présent, que pour la mise en solution d'antibiotiques. Elle consiste aussi à avoir découvert que ce même solvant pouvait dissoudre des antibiotiques tels que le dihydrosuifate de streptomycine et se mélanger à des complexes vitaminés traditionnels constitués d'axérophthol, d'acide nicotinique et de cholecalciférol.
Les applications thérapeutiques d'une composition vitaminée complexe sont nombreuses.
La présente invention vise à apporter un remède à ces maladies ou disfonctionnements par une préparation simple pouvant être injectée et qui présente un spectre suffisamment large que pour pallier toute carence ou déséquilibre.
La composition d'une forme galénique du complexe vitaminé suivant l'invention contient les constituants suivants (pour 100 ml), tels que rassemblés dans le tableau I.
Une telle préparation peut être injectée à raison de 1 à 40 ml/100 kg de poids corporel, l'injection étant répétée tous les 5 à 8 Jours par exemple, mais étant bien entendu modifiée selon les besoins et/ou les prescriptions vétérinaires.
La teneur de certains constituants peut varier dans les limites suivantes indiquées par le tableau II.
L'invention n'est donc pas limitée à la forme d'exécution stricte telle que représentée. De nombreuses variantes et modifications peuvent y être apportées sans la soustraire du cadre de l'invention, déterminé par le fait qu'on y retrouve, dissous dans un solvant physiologiquement acceptable, à la fois des complexes vitaminés, des métaux tels que fer, zinc et/ou cuivre, et éventuellement des antibiotiques sous une forme injectable par voie parentérale.
Ainsi, on pourrait utiliser d'autres excipients, diluants ou supports que ceux mentionnés dans les tableaux 1 et 2 et présenter la composition vitaminée sous une forme galénique différente.
La composition médicamenteuse susdite peut être administrée également à des humains, soit par voie orale, soit par injection par voie parentérale à raison de 0,1 à 4,0 ml/10 kg du poids corporel, l'injection étant répétée tous les 3 à 8 Jours par exemple, ou selon les prescriptions du médecin traitant.
Claims
1. Composition vitaminée à usage vétérinaire, contenant des minéraux et des oligoéléments en vue de corriger ou d'améliorer l'alimentation des ruminants, caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient également des métaux tels du fer, du zinc et/ou du cuivre, dissous dans un solvant physiologiquement acceptable, sous une forme injectable.
2. Composition vitaminée, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le solvant est du propylène-glycol.
4. Utilisation de la composition vitaminée suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, pour combattre les diarrhées des Jeunes animaux, la Jaunisse, la maladie de Carré, le rachitisme, les anémies, les maladies des muscles blancs qui provoquent des déformations, des perturbations au niveau du foie, notamment en cas de surcharge alimentaire ou lors de l'ingestion accidentelle de substances nocives, des développements anormaux du squelette, des muscles ou de la peau, des atteintes de la croissance, des perturbations de la fécondation à tous les stades et la maladie de Hyéna.
5. Utilisation de la composition vitaminée, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes comme agent préventif pour éviter lesdites maladies et pour favoriser la fécondité chez les ruminants.
6. Utilisation de la composition selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, par injection à raison de 1 à 40 ml/
100 kg de poids corporel .
