Abstract
Le dispositif comporte un corps (1) dont l'axe longitudinal (L) est perpendiculaire à un axe (2). Deux manivelles (7) sont fixées sur l'axe (2). Un dispositif d'arrêt doté d'un disque d'arrêt (8) permet le réglage de la position relative des manivelles (7) l'une par rapport à l'autre par l'actionnement d'un levier (28). Un mécanisme de freinage (4, 5, 10) ajuste la dépense d'énergie désirée à l'actionnement des manivelles (7). Selon le modèle sont prévues des roues de transmission (6, 11) pouvant être reliées activement à un second dispositif de même construction au moyen de roues de transmission (15). Le dispositif convient particulièrement bien pour les thérapies comportant une combinaison de mouvements actifs et passifs, ainsi que pour les patients alités.
