Abstract
Dans une presse à briquettes, le manteau de presse (10) entourant les briquettes (7) à expulser est d'une configuration empêchant la résistance d'expulsion de dépasser une valeur prédéterminée de façon à pouvoir obtenir une solidité constante de la briquette (7) même à partir de différents matériaux de déchets de bois et à pouvoir maintenir à un niveau bas la puissance requise du moteur. A cet effet, le manteau de presse (10) est divisé dans le sens longitudinal. La moitié supérieure de l'enveloppe (10b) peut pivoter vers le haut autour d'une articulation (15) aussitôt qu'un boulon de butée (16) agissant sur l'extrémité extérieure de cette moitié d'enveloppe (10b) se retire à la suite d'une pression trop importante du piston de compression (13).
