Abstract

Instrument a ecrire comportant, d'une part, un corps (1), un bloc d'ecriture (5, 6), un dispositif (3) porte-reservoir, un systeme rotatif permettant d'assurer le verrouillage d'au moins le dispositif porte-reservoir sur le corps et, d'autre part, un capuchon (2) amovible qui, en position fermee, assure la protection du bloc d'ecriture. Le capuchon est muni d'un moyen d'entrainement en rotation du dispositif porte-reservoir lorsque ledit capuchon est dispose sur le corps en position fermee. Le demontage est effectue en tenant simplement le corps et le capuchon, sans qu'il soit necessaire de tenir a la main le bloc porte-plume.

Description

Instrument à écrire.
La présente invention concerne les instruments à écrire.
Elle a plus particulièrement pour objet un instrument à écrire comportant, d'une part, un corps muni d'un bloc d'écriture et d'un dispositif porte-réservoir, ce réservoir étant éventuellement interchangeable, et d'autre part, un capuchon amovible qui, en position fermée, assure la protection du bloc d'écriture.
Dans la plupart des instruments à écrire connus, lorsque l'on veut avoir accès au dispositif porte-réservoir, par exemple pour remplir celui-ci ou le remplacer, il est nécessaire d'enlever le capuchon, puis, en tenant d'une main le bloc d'écriture et de l'autre le corps de l'instrument à écrire, de les séparer, le plus souvent par dévissage.
Certains instruments à écrire, cependant, ne nécessitent pas d'enlever le capuchon pour changer le réservoir. L'extrémité du corps qui ne porte pas le bloc d'écriture est munie d'un bouchon fermé, vissé sur le corps. Lorsque ce bouchon est retiré, on a accès au réservoir, soit pour le remplacer, soit pour le remplir. Dans ces instruments à écrire, il n'est pas nécessaire de tenir le bloc d'écriture pour dévisser le bouchon, puisque l'on peut tenir d'une main le corps et de l'autre le bouchon à retirer. Mais, ils présentent l'inconvénient de ne donner accès qu'à la partie arrière du réservoir et non pas au dispositif complet portant ce réservoir.
La présente invention propose un instrument à écrire comportant les avantages de chacun des instruments à écrire cidessus, sans leurs inconvénients. Plus précisément, elle propose un instrument à écrire dans lequel il n'est pas nécessaire de retirer le capuchon pour séparer le corps et le bloc d'écriture, ni de tenir à la main ce bloc d'écriture pour assurer cette séparation. De plus, dans cet instrument à écrire, lorsque cette séparation est effectuée, on a alors accès à tout le dispositif porte-réservoir.
A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un instrument à écrire comportant, d'une part, un corps, un bloc d'écriture, un dispositif porte-réservoir, un système rotatif permettant d'assurer le verrouillage d'au moins le dispositif porte-réservoir sur le corps et, d'autre part, un capuchon amovible, qui, en position fermée, assure la protection du bloc d'écriture, cet instrument étant caractérisé en ce que la surface interne du capuchon et la surface externe du dispositif porte-réservoir comportent chacune au moins une partie de profil sensiblement complémentaire l'une de l'autre, qui coopèrent par imbrication lorsque ledit capuchon est disposé sur le corps en position fermée et dont la forme est telle qu'elle permet l'entraînement en rotation dudit dispositif porte-réservoir par ledit capuchon.
D'autres caractéristiques de l'invention apparaîtront au cours de la description qui va suivre, dans laquelle on se référera aux dessins annexés, sur lesquels :
La figure 1 est une coupe longitudinale d'une forme de réalisation d'un instrument à écrire selon la présente invention ; La figure 2 est une coupe suivant la ligne II-II du capuchon de la figure 1.
L'instrument à écrire représenté sur les dessins est un stylo à plume, qui se compose d'un corps 1 et d'un capuchon 2.
Un support 3 est vissé à l'intérieur du corps 1 et porte, de première part, un réservoir 4 d'encre constitué par une cartouche, de seconde part, une pièce 7 en un matériau défoπnable élastiquement, comportant un renflement annulaire 7a, et, de troisième part, un bloc d'écriture comportant notamment un embout 5 et une plume 6.
Le support 3 est maintenu en position par rapport au corps 1 par la coopération d'un filet 17 et d'un épaulement intérieur 11 dudit corps 1.
Une pièce élastique 8 identique à la pièce élastique 7 et comportant un renflement 8a est située à l'extrémité du corps 1.
L'embout 5 présente, à sa périphérie, un certain nombre de rainures longitudinales 9 et de parties en saillie 10 séparant lesdites rainures.
Le capuchon 2 se termine par une zone 12 avec surépaisseur et par une extrémité 13 en retrait, qui comporte une rainure circulaire intérieure 14, destinée à coopérer avec les parties renflées 7a et 8a des pièces élastiques 7 et 8, pour maintenir le capuchon sur le corps, soit en position d'écriture, soit en position de fermeture.
La zone 12 comporte une série de rainures longitudinales 15 et de parties en saillie 16, qui correspondent aux parties 10 et aux rainures 9 de l'embout 5, si bien que. lorsque le capuchon 2 est disposé sur le corps 1 en position de fermeture, il y a solidarisatîon angulaire des deux pièces. Il suffit alors de faire tourner le capuchon 2 pour dévisser l'embout 5 portant la cartouche 4 et le retirer ainsi du corps 1.
Ainsi, ce démontage, qui donne accès à tout le dispositif porte-réservoir, peut-il être réalisé en tenant simplement le corps et le capuchon et donc sans qu'il soit nécessaire de tenir à la main le bloc porte-plume.
Il est entendu que, sans sortir du cadre de l'invention, on peut modifier tel ou tel détail de construction ou tel arrangement en vue d'obtenir le même résultat.
C'est ainsi qu'au lieu d'avoir un blocage du support 3 et de l'embout 5 dans le corps 1 par vissage et butée sur l'épaulement intérieur, on pourrait avoir un verrouillage par quart de tour, par exemple du type baïonnette ou analogue.
De même, les rainures et les parties en saillie du capucho et de l'embout 5 pourraient être remplacées par de simples méplats longitudinaux ou d'autres équivalents techniques assurant la solidarisation en rotation de l'embout et du capuchon.

Claims

Revendications de brevet
1. Instrument à écrire comportant, d'une part, un corps, un bloc d'écriture, un dispositif porte-réservoir, un système rotatif permettant d'assurer le verrouillage d'au moins le dispositif porte-réservoir sur le corps et, d'autre part, un capuchon amovible, qui, en position fermée, assure la protection du bloc d'écriture, cet instrument étant caractérisé en ce que la surface interne du capuchon et la surface externe du dispositif porte-réservoir comportent chacune au moins une partie de profil sensiblement complémentaire l'une de l'autre, qui coopèrent par imbrication lorsque ledit capuchon est disposé sur le corps en position fermée et dont la forme est telle qu'elle permet l'entraînement en rotation dudit dispositif porte-réservoir par ledit capuchon.
2. Instrument à écrire suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites parties de la surface interne du capuchon et de la surface externe du dispositif porte-réservoir ont le profil d'une rainure sensiblement parallèle à l'axe de rotation du capuchon.
