Description

Vorrichtung zur Lagesicherung von Radfahrzeugen auf Transportfahrzeugen Device for securing the position of wheeled vehicles on transport vehicles
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung der im Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 gekennzeichneten Art.The invention relates to a device characterized in the preamble of claim 1.
It is known e.g. to transport brand new passenger cars from the manufacturing plant to the wholesaler on special transport vehicles. Here, the passenger cars are secured by lashing against the transport vehicle. The lashing consists of a tensionable traction device, e.g. a leather strap which can be fixed at one end to the towing devices of the passenger vehicles to be transported and at the other end to the loading area of the transport vehicle.
The invention is based on the object of providing a device of the type mentioned at the outset which ensures good, damage-free securing of the position of the wheeled vehicle to be transported on the transport vehicle and is simple in design and can be attached and tensioned. This Object is solved by the characterizing part of claim 1.
The device according to the invention is particularly suitable for rubber-tired wheeled vehicles, because the tread of the rubber tires has a high coefficient of friction, which ensures firm adhesion of the traction means, which is only fixed in its functional position by tension. The wheel footprint can e.g. to retrofit existing transport vehicles with the device according to the invention as a separate device part. In such a case, it would have to be subsequently connected to the transport surface of the transport vehicle. When producing transport vehicles for the use of the device according to the invention, however, it is advantageous to design the transport surface of the transport vehicle as a wheel installation surface from the start in the sense of the subject matter of the invention.
Reifenumfang erleichtert.A webbing in the sense of claim 2 is to be understood as having an approximately flat rectangular cross-sectional shape. This means that the traction device has a wide contact surface on the wheel circumference. In addition, the alignment of the traction device when placed on the wheel or tire circumference is facilitated.
By the characterizing part of claim 3, a quick connection of the traction means to the wheel mounting surface is possible. The characterizing part of claim 4 effects securing of the swivel hook rear grip of the fastening holes on the wheel mounting surface when the traction means is tightened. This is because the swivel hooks are swiveled towards one another with their jaws. This effect is improved and made more uniform by the characterizing part of claim 5.
The characterizing part of claim 7 facilitates the handling of the swivel hooks when they are introduced into and released from the wheel mounting surface. It should be borne in mind here that these operations should be easy to perform even under extreme environmental conditions and with operating gloves. The feature of claim 9 also serves to facilitate this handling.
The characteristics of claims 13 and 14 take into account that with the same transport vehicle, wheeled vehicles of different track width and different center distance should be transported in the same way and their position fixed during the transport. The subject of the invention should also satisfy such variable claims.
Es zeigentThe characterizing part of claim 14 facilitates the insertion and release of the hooks of the subject matter of the invention. The object of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the figures. It shows

Fig. 6-9 is a perspective view of the tensioning device for the traction means during the tensioning and releasing process.
On the wheel mounting surface 2 of the transport vehicle (not shown) connected to a drive-up ramp 1, the wheel 3 is a wheeled vehicle, for example a car, is tensioned by a woven webbing 6 which can be placed on the wheel circumference 4 in the wheel circumferential direction 5 in the manner of the brake band of an outer band brake. The webbing 6 is provided at both ends with devices 7 for fixing to the wheel mounting surface 2. The belt webbing is tensioned by a tensioning device connecting two webbing ends to one another or by a tensioning device arranged at one end of the belt webbing 6 and generally designated by / 8. The fastening devices 7 of the belt strap 6 each engage in an area on the wheel mounting surface 2 which lies in the direction of the plane of the wheel 3 or in the longitudinal direction of the belt strap 6 and is at a distance 9 from the solder 11 laid through the wheel axle 10, which is larger than half the diameter of the wheel 3.
The fastening devices 7 arranged on both ends of the webbing 6 are swivel hooks 12 which can be clamped to the wheel mounting surface 2. The swivel hooks 12 are pivotably mounted on a fitting connected to the respective belt end 13 about approximately parallel axes 14 essentially in the plane of the belt webbing (drawing plane of FIG. 3) . The jaws 15 of the swivel hooks 12 are intended to engage in a pair of holes 16 arranged on the wheel mounting surface 2. The holes 16 are elongated holes with a longitudinal axis running transversely to the longitudinal direction 17 of the belt. The mouths 15 are arranged on mutually facing sides of the shafts 18 of the swivel hooks 12. The bearing ends of both swivel hooks 12 are provided with toothed toothing 19, whose axes 14 are the swivel axes of the swivel hooks 12. The toothings 19 engage in one another to produce a swivel connection between the two swivel hooks 12. When the right-hand swivel hook 12 is swiveled in the swivel direction 20 with reference to FIG. 3, the other swivel hook 12 is swiveled in the opposite direction about the same swivel path. This means that when the belt is tensioned, the two jaws 15 of the swivel hooks 12 are swiveled towards one another, which reinforces the engagement of the side walls of the holes 16 when the swivel hooks 12 are inserted, thereby additionally securing the strap 6 to the wheel mounting surface 2.
The fitting containing the swivel hook 12, designated overall by 21, rests by means of a bolt 22 within a loop 23 arranged at the belt end 13. The fitting 21 is constructed in several parts and contains a lower part 24 forming the swivel hook bearing (axes 14) and an upper part 25 forming the belt connection , The upper and lower parts 25 and 24 being pivotally connected to one another in the direction of the arrow 27 about an axis 26 extending in the longitudinal direction 17 of the belt.
The lower part 24 consists of a U-shaped sheet metal part. between its U-legs 28, the swivel hooks 12 are mounted and the swivel plane of the swivel hooks 12 extends. The crosshead 29 of the lower part 24 is penetrated by a rivet 30 connected to the upper part 25.
The upper part 25 can consist of two fitting parts 32, 33 connected to one another by an axis 31 running at right angles to the longitudinal direction 17 of the belt and in the plane of the belt band.
The tensioning device is a lever tensioning element with backstop known per se for webbing straps 6 (FIG. 6-9), the function of which is briefly described below: A tab 35 of the tensioning device 8 is sewn into the fixed end 34 of the webbing 6. The attachment corresponds to the attachment of the strap end 23 described with reference to FIG. 4. A tension lever 36 is articulated at the free end of the tab 35. The tensioning lever 36 serves to rotate the tensioning drum 37, which is rotatably mounted on the tab 35 by the tensioning lever 36 and is secured against reverse rotation by a locking mechanism 38. Through a longitudinal slot 38 arranged in the tensioning drum 37, the loose end 39 of a second webbing 6 can be pushed through and pulled through in the direction of the arrow 40, as is known, for example, from film winding reels on cameras. To brace the webbing 6 with respect to the fixed end 34, first the loose end 39 of the belt Bandes 6 pulled through the longitudinal slot 38 until reaching a further free pulling pre-tension. The tensioning lever 36 is then moved back and forth in the direction of the arrow 41, as a result of which further tensioning takes place without the possibility of turning back.
To release the tensioning lever 36 is swung back from its secured end position (FIG. 8) by 180 ° in the direction of arrow 42 (FIG. 9). The webbing 6 can then be freely pulled out of the tensioning device 8 in the arrow 43.
Die Lochpaare 44 können rechtwinklig zur RichtungThe wheel mounting surface 2 is provided with pairs of holes 44 of holes 16 for engaging the pairs of swivel hooks 12 assigned to one end of the band. Instead of the hole pairs 46 being made in the wheel mounting surface 2, bores can also be provided in a strip which is laterally arranged in alignment with the bearing surface and which are arranged parallel or offset from one another at different center distances.
To fix the position of the wheel 3 of a wheeled vehicle, a webbing 6 placed on the wheel circumference with its two fastening devices 7 is suspended in a pair of holes 44 arranged at a distance 9 from the perpendicular 11 through the wheel axis 10. Then the webbing 6 is tightened by tightening the loose end 39 and further tensioning by actuating the tensioning device 8. The two swivel hooks 12 pull like a gripper, thereby additionally securing them to / the wheel mounting surface 2. After the clamping end position has been reached, the clamping device 8 is secured (FIG. 8). A secure transport fixation is thus present.
