Abstract
La presente divulgación describe un método para controlar las opciones de productos de licuefacción hidrotérmica ajustando el pH de la fase acuosa del producto de licuefacción hidrotérmica. Es posible ajustar el pH de la fase acuosa del producto de licuefacción hidrotérmica calentando durante la licuefacción hidrotérmica (110) una mezcla (30) que incluye materia prima lignocelulósica (10) junto con ácidos, álcalis y/o solución tampón (20) añadida en condiciones acuosas. El método habitualmente incluye separar (120) la fase acuosa (53) y la fase oleosa (50) y opcionalmente el gas (51) y/o los residuos carbonosos (52) del producto de licuefacción hidrotérmica (40) obtenido. Preferiblemente la fase acuosa (53) separada recircula para ser mezclada 100 con materia prima lignocelulósica (10).
