Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a secuencias de ácido nucleico para detectar la planta de soja DBN8002 y a sus métodos de detección, en donde dichas secuencias de ácido nucleico comprenden la SEQ ID NO: 1 o una secuencia complementaria de la misma, y/o la SEQ ID NO: 2 o una secuencia complementaria de la misma. La planta de soja DBN8002 de la presente invención tiene buena resistencia contra los insectos lepidópteros, así como buena tolerancia al herbicida glufosinato, sin comprometer el rendimiento, y los métodos de detección pueden identificar con precisión y rapidez si una muestra biológica contiene la molécula de ADN del evento transgénico de soja DBN8002.
