La presente invención se refiere a derivados de indol macrocíclicos de la fórmula general (I): en donde R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, A y L son como se definen en la presente, métodos de preparación de dichos compuestos, compuestos intermediarios útiles para preparar dichos compuestos, composiciones farmacéuticas y combinaciones que comprenden dichos compuestos y el uso de dichos compuestos para producir composiciones farmacéuticas para el tratamiento o prevención de enfermedades, en particular de enfermedades hiperproliferativas, como un único agente o en combinación con otros ingredientes activos.
