Abstract

Método y aparato para transformar residuos urbanos solidos orgánico e inorgánicos en áridos, que comprende una maquina extrusora conectada a un reactor. La máquina extrusora consiste de un cilindro de extrusión que comprende tres secciones y es alimentado con residuos pre-procesados. El extremos de la tercera sección está conectado al reactor, conformado por un eje longitudinal giratorio con aspas de acero que cumplen funciones de corte, martillado, sacabocados y de hélice hidráulica. El reactor posee una válvula para descargar la argamasa, una vez que ha sido procesada mediante un aseria de ciclos de presión, energía de vibración y descompresión.
