Abstract

Cierre de extremo para una envoltura de colágeno comestible y un procedimiento para obtener el mismo, formado por un anillo sólido comestible que aprieta la porción final de la envoltura y sella la salida para detener la masa de relleno, con lo que se puede rescatar el embutido relleno inicial. El elemento de cierre consiste en una composición termoplástica basada en colágeno o gelatina. La fuerte cohesividad de dicha composición en estado fluido, así como la estrecha diferencia entre su temperatura de fusión y la temperatura de solidificación, hace que la soldadura de dicho material se consolide muy rápidamente.
