Abstract

La invención se refiere a derivados de tetrahidroquinolinona así como a sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables. La invención se refiere además a un proceso para la preparación de dichos compuestos. Los compuestos de la invención son antagonistas de mGluR del grupo I y por lo tanto son útiles para el control y prevención de las afecciones neutológicas agudas y/o crónicas.
