Abstract
Comprende una tira de deslizamiento (1), en liga de aluminio , adherida a una tira soporte (2) generalmente en acero, opcionalmente revestida con una camada de revestimiento intermediaria (3) de níquel. El procedimiento incluye las etapas de: a. Fundir por un proceso de solidificación rápida (roll cast), una liga que comprende de 3 a 30% de estaño, de 1 a 6% de silicio y el restante de aluminio e impurezas accidentales, haciéndose vaciar la liga entre dos cilindros de laminación fríos, de manera de obtenerse al menos 95% de partículas de silicio mas pequeñas que 3,5 micra y un tamaño promedio de grano de aluminio de acerca de 6 micra. b. Proveer el reconocimiento de la tira de deslizamiento (1) en estufa, a una faja de temperatura de 200 a 500°C c. Ajustar opcionalmente la espesura de la tira de deslizamiento (1) por medio de pases de laminación bajo frío, seguidos de respectivos reconocimientos, como definido en la etapa anterior. d. Colaminar bajo calor la tira de deslizamiento (1) la tira de soporte (2), de manera a formar la tira bimetálica. e. Tratar térmicamente la tira bimetálica entre 200 y 380°C. f. Someter la tira bimetálica a una solubilización de los compuestos íntermetálicos de la liga de aluminio. (ver Fig. 1)
