This invention relates to a design for chandelier for supporting lamps; and consists in the peculiar form or contlgnration of the arms and of the basket to receive the lamp-fount.
This chandelier is intended for two lamps. The arms join at the top, and extend down alike to the right and left. The point of union at the top forms a loop, a; thence the arms run down through the upper section, A. The inside of the arms is perpendicular, the outside curving outward. Near the lower end of the npper Section the two arms are connected by a cross-har, B, with an ornament, C, above, and D below. From this connected point the arms curve to the end or lmnp-rest, E, the npper side plain. Upon the under side the arm is straight at three points, I) d e, and between the said straight portions the curve is the reverse of the upper side. The said straight portions are each finished with an ornament, all as shown.
I claim- The design for chandelier consisting of two arms uniting at the top to form the loop a, thence running to the lamp-rest E in two outward curves, and the inner or under sidi` ot the arms formed in straight sections A c (l b, with intermediate curves, and connecting-bar B, as shown and described.
