This design of corner piece for coffins comprises angularly arranged faces, and embossed figures running lengthwise of said faces, the embossing consisting of a central lengthwise elongated rotund figure or ridge 1 and similar ridges 2 on opposite sides of the central ridge. The ridges 1, 2, viewed from the top, as shown in Fig. 8, have the appearance of three lobes, and Viewed in face View, bulge or swell at their lower Specification for Design.

Said ridges are capped by hoods 4- which droop downwardly at their margins and have a greater droop over the central or highest points of the ridges. The surfaces at the lower ends of the ridges recede in abrupt curves at 5 to the extreme lower end of the corner piece.

The ornamental design for a corner piece for coiiins and caskets, substantially as shown and described.
